Most of my batsmen are just in average form (2 - 4 stars), the problem is only one of them seems to fire every match, so I can't build any worthwhile partnerships.
I'll probably post my next couple of matches tomorrow.
I'm going back to school next week so it will be maximum one game a day for me. And I've got cricket on tomorrow afternoon but I'll post one or two games in the morning.

Worcestershire win by 5 wickets
While not quite as emphatic as the last few matches, we strolled home in this match with 28 balls remaining. Rankin and Richardson were pretty amazing with the ball, while Komasaru was his usual self, and Wheeldon was economical for once. Once we got the first breakthrough, they came thick and fast, as none of the lower order barring Rikki Clarke were able to provide any resistance, leaving us a pretty easy total to chase down. O'Brien fell in the first over, but Mitchell was aggressive from the get go, making this chase even easier. When he fell, Aimson steadied the innings, and despite Clarke getting both Solanki and Ali out for not much, Kervezee and Wheeldon were able to finish off the chase clinically. We are now sitting fifth on the table, but we have the same number of points as Yorkshire who are in third. Out net run rate is positive now as well, so hopefully we can continue this good form and make it through to the next round.

Comments:
Doesn't get more easy than that. de Villiers gave us a reasonable total but the first over for them set the tone, Arif taking 3 wickets, and they were 2/3 after 1 over. Russell took a wicket in his first over and went on to take another 2 while Flowers found some T20 form with the ball taking 2 wickets.

Comments:
Well we managed to keep them to less than 200 somehow. They raced away to 85/1 after 7 overs but Russell was brought back on for his second over and took 3 wickets in the space of 4 balls to bring them back to 4/86. They still went at about 8 runs an over but wickets every few overs hurt them as they only made 174, bowled out. 8 bowlers were used, but apart from Russell, noone really bowled well apart from Ali who bowled 1 over for figures of 1/3.
The batting effort was pretty poor though and nobody really played an explosive innings apart from Mitchell who scored 48 off 33 balls. de Villiers was pretty poor with the bat, his first score under 50 for the club, and easily his slowest innings.
