Ross bats at 3/4 for CD, so his finishing ability doesn't matter...

Like Chewie said, Graham Napier's a bowling AR. He averages under 20 with the ball with an E/R of 7.3, and he has a batting S/R of 147.

well,Pak will only send their 1 domestic team not ijaz butt.Cant expect him to go at the pitch paded up :p



CLT20 must change it's name.I mean there is no competition between the indian and Other teams.(If you look at the teams on paper).Every IPL team has 4 international players and add to that the indian players as well.Wow what a tournament!

I would name it

IWB (indian world beaters)
Description:A tournament without competitors :D

Why waste time Prepare a Cup and Hand it to all IPL teams.Take this you have beaten whole of the world :p

What now BCCI?

:) Afridi has a very good chance to play whether through an English county or Sri Lankan team since he's playing in both.
 
Well I wouldnt really be surprised if a Pakistani player doesnt get a "visa" for the game, or if his presence could risk "political tension"

I can actually see an English county refusing to participate if one of their players wern't given a visa due to political reasons.

Its out there, but I'd say its genuinely possible. The west are people of morals and ethics (for the most part), unlike the east.
 
i don't think there are any political reason behind not to include Pakistani Teams.Nobody can stop Paki players to play in the league if it's out of India.The thing is they just don't want to include Pakistani Teams.It's may be because of their inner feelings about the country or whatever.But if the organizers want to invite paki teams there will be no hurdle except Anti Pakistan Parties in india.And all they can do is to come on streets,burn some tyres and raise slogans against Pakistan.After that they all go home and enjoy the Cricket :) So i mean there is no reason of not to including us except the Hate

The Indian govt. has actually given a go ahead for Pak tour. So technically there won't be much tensions since none of the games are in Mumbai as well. Even in 2009 (few months after Mumbai) when IPL franchises did not pick any Pak players the Indian govt had okayed their visa. Money is also not an issue here as BCCI would profit.

The reason as I mentioned is Ijaz Butt broke too many bridges. And is having a hard time to get anything done even from BCB and SLC.

Also they tried to create a competitor to IPL with middle eastern money, just to bargain with BCCI. And after all this talk, Pakistan does not even "act' as if they want a hard stand. Afridi goes asking for IPL chance and Ijazz goes asking for Champions league. Which to me looks like they have run out of options.

BCCI I am pretty sure is just paying back for all the headaches the past 2 years. It is seriously in Pak and cricket's interest Ijazz Butt be kicked out soon. This guy keeps troubling and suspending his own players as. Pak needs a diplomatic and sensible guy to replace this guy. No wonder he was called a Buffoon. He will not rest until he destrorys PCB :lol BCCI can be tough to deal with and Pak needs to set aside ego for the time being. They can always pay back when they are in a better position..of course I don't expect them to do that since they have a big heart :lol

BCCI I believe has issues with PCB ..not Pak players. Of course they have problems with ECB as well.Afridi has a big heart...no wonder he plays for two teams :thumbs

I feel fourth IPL side is garbage stuff. Three from IPL itself was unfair, but fourth one is too much. Just run another IPL, which would be better and controversy less. I don't understand why do the broadcastess demand change in tournament. Its just none of their business, they've got to telecast whatever goes on, not change the things to telecast.
