What pitch are you on and are you playing all your reserves?

End of Over 19: 85-4, runrate=4.47
Poole 3-0-9-0
Fitzpatrick* 5 (12 balls)
Manning 2 (7 balls)

Short of a miricle I have lost already, Im not to worried about it but it will just look bad against my record in the shield

Who you playing Griffo?

My pitch is dusty pretty much my B team. Top 3 are the main ones from my 11.

Good reward for Candlish.
22.2 W Candlish to Hiller
A confident shout, and the finger goes up. Candlish is doing his captain proud!

End of Over 25: 120-3, runrate=4.80
Candlish 6-0-27-1
Pine* 50 (66 balls)
Hedley 6 (7 balls)
Last Wicket: Hiller lbw b. Candlish 42 (FOW: 104/3)

Im playing Gamer XI in the shield but I decided not to play any of my top players expect for 2 batsmen and they went for a combined total of around 40 so im screwed :( Plus my pitch change didnt come into effect ARGH!

If i lose its not a big deal just means my strategy will come into effect :p

That Gamer XI is one tough team caused that big upset last season :p

Consistent wicket falling I like
31.5 W Shorey to Pine
Charges the delivery, struck in the air but not very far, Candlish takes the catch at mid wicket a few metres inside the circle.
Still can't get Mohammed to take wickets in the OD arena.
End of Over 34: 150-4, runrate=4.41
Shorey 7-2-26-1
Hedley* 27 (28 balls)
Daley 3 (10 balls)
Last Wicket: Pine c. Candlish b. Shorey 56 (FOW: 144/4)

He honestly isnt that strong I just didnt play any of my stars

Im going for Effine cause it would be a good upset win

I would say we are pretty even :p

Star of the show today
40.6 W Neil to Daley
A bit of reverse swing and he tears the middle stump out. Fantastic bowling!!

47.4 W Sam to Hedley
'Candlish Candlish Candlish!' The crowd cheer after an amazing diving catch low to his left.

48.3 W Neil to Rogan
Steele dives spectacularly to his left, catching the ball with one hand. Unbelievable! That was a real 'Champagne Moment'.
48.2 W Neil to Burger
He's gone for the big hit but has been caught on the boundary!

Chasing exactly 250 should be a good chase.
End of Over 50: 250-8, runrate=5.00
Sam 10-1-60-2
Roe* 4 (5 balls)
Cunningham 8 (7 balls)
Last Wicket: Rogan c. Steele b. Neil 0 (FOW: 240/8)

End of Over 23: 142-1, runrate=6.17, reqrunrate=1.26 (175-10)
Gobern 5-0-37-0
Richardson* 63 (59 balls)
Sayce 5 (3 balls)

Last Wicket: Basson lbw b. Mclean 69 (FOW: 135/1)
Playing a mate who is pretty even to me. Second time I have played him and second time it will be a convincing victory :)

Captain Steele really taking his time today, as long hes there at the end or makes a 100 I'll accept his slow rate.

Good knock from Quintus
21.3 2 Davison to Quintus
Too full and straight, clipped away firmly through vacant forward square leg, easy two taken as long leg comes around to field in the deep.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Well I can take alot of positives out of my performance with my experimental orders

End of Over 29: 144-2, runrate=4.97, reqrunrate=1.00 (164-10)
Dangasela 8-0-44-1
Aziz* 47 (71 balls)
Singh lali 33 (35 balls)

My bowlers have performed well on a flat pitch its just a shame my batsmen left their bats at home and had to use fence parts

Not even a 50 for Steele but he has batted for 30 overs.

29.2 W Davison to Steele
A nick and Hedley takes a straightforward catch. Steele is left shaking his head as he trudges off to the pavilion.

End of Over 30: 144-2, runrate=4.80, reqrunrate=5.35 (250-8)
Davison 10-0-49-1
Quintus* 73 (80 balls)
Liddle 1 (3 balls)
Last Wicket: Steele c. Hedley b. Davison 46 (FOW: 142/2)

Could be the match changing moment here.

40.4 W Rogan to Lee
Big nick and an easy catch for Hedley.
40.3 W Rogan to Muller
On his toes and off he goes! Rogan delivers a perfect yorker and Muller is back in the pavilion!

End of Over 41: 197-5, runrate=4.80, reqrunrate=6.00 (250-8)
Rogan 6-0-19-3
Liddle* 25 (31 balls)
Shorey 0 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Lee c. Hedley b. Rogan 0 (FOW: 197/5)

Ouch a loss to Effine :( Middle order failed after a good start from my top order.

Syl, That is the big upset this season for you. But the reporters summary suggest that you were missing some players?

Hmmm.. no Massi, No Germon and No Chav.. Then its not Baggy Blues then ;)

Resting up my players for my big clash against 1st place in the OD league so it was the perfect time to play Effine with my 2nd stringers :p

The Palab Tigers v BFN Bombers (1811546) [Add to MultiView]
Welcome to The Palab Tigers CG for the match between The Palab Tigers and BFN Bombers.

We can tell you that The Palab Tigers won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a bit on the dry side. A fair bit of help for the spinners I think on this sunny day.

Lets join our team for ball-by-ball commentary.

My friendly against Pal, I have a bad feeling that Eli is going to do well though...

Well, it seems that it's all going to come down to how many victims the wrecking ball you call Samuel will claim.
