290 is the target to proceed to the round of 32. I'm not sure if a win is really much of a good thing, but my morbid curiosity is piqued. With the state of the one day league, it's almost novel to have to face a better team.

You are so lucky Angry, wish I had the opponent you had last week even your one today would have been better than what I faced.

2nd 11 side

End of Over 50: 322-3, runrate=6.44
Cunningham 10-0-72-0
Turner* 106 (122 balls)
Ainsley 20 (11 balls)
Last Wicket: Stubbs c. Wight b. Verde 159 (FOW: 287/3)

I had a div 3 opponent last week, it's just that he threw. I almost threw it too, so it could have been a funny match.

Fair enough, well you would have been gone next week if you won today.

My star all rounder already making an impact taking 5-16 from 5 overs. Report summary suggest the game should have been close but it was far from it

Baggy Blues T'gatta B Cricket Club
Top Order: feeble mediocre
Middle Order: feeble feeble
Lower Order: abysmal worthless
Seam Bowling: feeble feeble
Spin Bowling: feeble useless
Fielding: woeful woeful

All my big guns felt like doing jack all, luckily these two have saved face.

End of Over 30: 160-5, runrate=5.33, reqrunrate=5.20 (263-5)
Asher 10-0-44-1
Rogers* 61 (49 balls)
Duggan 64 (76 balls)
Last Wicket: Moodley c. Cable b. Brown 19 (FOW: 39/5)

And the amazing comeback is almost complete. Kemp who destroyed my batting has been seen off in the final 10.

End of Over 47: 258-5, runrate=5.49, reqrunrate=2.00 (263-5)
Kemp 9-1-29-2
Rogers* 111 (105 balls)
Duggan 111 (123 balls)
Last Wicket: Moodley c. Cable b. Brown 19 (FOW: 39/5)

And that's the end of the match. Raiders Eleven won by 177 runs.
Raiders Eleven 348-1
Bengal United 171-10

End of Over 38: 171-10, runrate=4.50
Shana 8-2-36-3
Allott* 106 (88 balls)

Did well against a strong bowling line up.

beat the fighting mongooses by 9 wickets after limiting them to 216-3

probably could have chased around 320

I've just started playing Battick, it's rather good fun.

My first match was a T20 match, but for some reason it took place at 00:30 even though i'm in England.

Anyway, I bowled them all out for 20 in 6.3 overs and got the runs in 3.1 overs without losing a wicket, is it normal to win so comfortably in your first match, or is it actually a good display.

What's your team name, and was it a bot you were playing? If it was a bot, yes that's normal ;) And as for the start time, you were probs playing away in Australia

11.5 . Cable to Myirha
Dodge put it down. That's one he should have held.

Going well so far with Allott still to come :)

So I went to considerable lengths to select my best possible fielding team.

And this is how they repay me!

8.5 . Gross to Street
Gross tears in, Street clips off his legs and has Barton bagged him? No. He's spilt it. Straightforward pouch at square leg, but it fell out as quickly as it went in.
11.4 . Townley to Street
Teflon coated gloves, perhaps? Otherwise there is no excuse for Sephake for fumbling that regulation catch.
13.1 . Townley to Street
So close. Townley produces a lovely slower ball Street was drawn into the shot much to early, the ball spoons up and falls just short of Barton clutching fingers.

8.4 .Tomlinson to Lalji Easily defended by Lalji. Well, you can tell that the home club is cost cutting, usually the staff here offer free meals to the commentators during play, but a chocolate bar of our choice is the offer now. Our salad days are over, as it were.
