This lynch was what was actually suspicious especially when Yash already had a vote on him and yours meant only one vote more and Yash was a goner..

Even If I was inactive, killing me off just for inactivity would have been such a big risk for the town as I am increasing the chance of the VIP staying alive by me staying alive.

Because I don't want to lynch off another bodyguard without being entirely sure as with each person dead, town chances of winning keep going down and down.

That's what I was trying to do in the early stages of the game and we are yet to find the killer.
