Indeed. Hope it releases before August. We might even get that online game going on we were going to have with IC10. I actually bought a PS3 to just play that game online.....:facepalm

Yes, and maybe we can get Mark back from "finding himself" in Timbuktu to join us for a tournament..

Ah that is why; I read about the UN report saying Timbuktu had mean utterly ruined by recent events....would be good to hear how he is getting on. Had some excellent moments with him.

Thanks friend863...appreciate all the work. This game just keeps looking better as each week passes.

I'm 80% convinced these guys have the rights to Australian Domestic Teams, Tournaments and the Big Bash at this point... potentially the UK ones as well. But the Big Bash stuff gets me a little more excited because that means there's the potential for glowing, flashling-light stumps and bails*

*I'm half serious

Perhaps it is becoming clearer why Ashes13 only has the licence it has...

Would make the release window puzzling if they do.

Not if my earlier guess is correct, puts it about perfect with the domestic season starting over your way... all depends on the "name" they have on the cover too.

So rowdy for some domestic cricket, the options to design our own series/tournament sound epic too. Another huge plus for me is the inclusion of both timing and placement coming in to account when playing shots. This was my biggest gripe with IC10, where I could late cut Brett Lee's yorkers over third man for 6, just cos I got the timing right. The range of difficulty levels sound great too. Although I hope that the hardest level doesn't become too easy after some practice. After playing Big Ant's AFL Live for a few months, "Legendary" became far too easy for me. The game lost most of it's fun when I could win the GF with GWS. Hopefully, BA will include an option where different aspects of gameplay can be adjusted like in FIFA, with game sliders. Personally, I'll mainly be playing offline, but hopefully for online games, we can set the search parameters to find teams "only of the same rating." This was another huge let down in AFL Live, where every online game was against a five star custom team. Despite my few problems with AFL Live and not having played RLL, I have enormous respect for Big Ant and for Ross. The interaction with fans on both BigFooty and PlanetCricket has been incredible. I swear, BA have taken everything I've ever wished was in a cricket game it included in ????? ???????'s Cricket 14. I really hope Cricket proves to be successful franchise for BA, they deserve it.

I was really really bored..

Some of the Fielding variables include -

Catch Result
None
Caught
Collected
Caught And Disposed
Dropped

Fielding
Slide
Tap Or Stop Ball
Dive Right
Dive Left
Dive Forward
Catch Ball

Determining Man of the Match
Looking at the variables, this is how I *think* Man of the Match will be calculated.
Man Of The Match Qualifications - There are variables next to manOfTheMatch and CCareerRewardPoints which I think are related to each other, could be easily wrong though.. These are -
five Wickets
most Wickets
maiden
wicket
Most Runs
hundred
fifty
run

It will then print Man of the Match Values and Match Ratings and finally determine Man of the Match ID. At least, that's how it's written.

Tournament Editor
I think Ross and his team were intended to include Tournament Editor in previous update but somehow changed the plan and were too lazy to remove the variables. Anyways here it goes...oh nevermind. Ross said they will release it in next update so I will leave it as a surprise. Hint: You're again going to amaze by its depth.

Training Nets
They only included these variables in latest update so did they planned to include Nets in CA too

Training Skills -
Very Poor
Poor
Average
Good
Very Good

Other Training variables
Net Training Target Locked
Net Training Bowling Target
Batsman Skill
Batsman Handedness
Batsman Mentality
Bowler Skill
Bowler Handedness
Bowler Type
Dirty

Expected Types of Camera
As written in the files. Not sure if all these cameras are user changeable or just for broadcast.

Simple Camera
Simple Full Screen Camera
Dynamic Camera
move Flight Camera
move Orbit Camera
Multiplayer Camera
Batting Camera
Bowling Camera

Online Stats (Not complete list)
As far as I think, the custom means the custom matches created in Match Editor.
