Really disappointing to read that some people are questioning the integrity of TheMug.

I for one am very very grateful to him for taking time out to take his xbox to BigAnt which might help them find a fix quickly.

Some people need to take a good hard look at themselves, questioning his and Big Ants integrity without a shred of evidence. I am as hacked off that the game is not saving but attacking Big Ant or someone who is trying to help find a solution is deffo not the way forward.

The metropolitan area that you would call 'Melbourne' is big enough that you could travel well in excess of 60km and still be in Melbourne.

I have my own theory too. It's that I seriously doubt that if you were in Melbourne, that you'd have the nuts to walk into Big Ant Studios and tell them to their faces your theory and spell it out better than you have in your rather sad and vague post above.

i am now gonna back off out of the debate on this xbox 360 game freeze issue - if for no other reason than it is going nowhere and has descended into petty name calling!

there was no "attack" on big ant - just some doubt around their commitment to solving the issue - ross has cleared this up

i didn't expect to be on the receiving end of such vitriole - when all i am trying to do is get big ant to deliver on what we have paid for

i appreciate those experiencing the problem are in the minority - so i had to at least try to get our voice heard

apologies for doubting TheMug and now the developers have seen the "issue" first hand - i hope that the problem gets fixed

I am selected as captain of Yorkshire and as a captain I have the ability to bat up the order by doing so the player at that position goes to my place to bat at 7th and me at 3...This is fine...But the issue is when the positions are swapped my captaincy is transferred to the guy who is swapped to my place...So in the team Ballance becomes the captain after that....

c)it's a hardware issue as much a software issue
d)there's no obvious cause or consistent configuration of people exeperiencing the issue, it's pretty random
e)big ant have obviously been looking into it

there was no question of them needing to "deliver on what we've paid for" - it's established that they're already doing more about the issue than other developers who have a bigger budget.

you make it sound like you were being a "hero", trying to get big ant to do something they were obliged to do but trying to wriggle out of, when they were already going above and beyond to do something when they would be well within their rights to say "it's an MS issue, sorry not our fault". and then when a guy puts himself out to help them help you, you suggest somethings not legit.

Found I couldn't save a game after I simulated a few overs....had to remove all references/files to game in my hard drive (again!!!!) This inability to save some of my casual games is irritating but I suppose an inability ta save or need to reboot on career mode is a killer.

No attack on BA or theMug? Inferring they are lying? I would certainly take that as an attack if it were aimed at me.
We all feel for the xbox owners experiencing troubles but you are not doing yourself or any others any good with the way you've been carrying on. And just trying to get a voice heard?
