Yes, restarted the game the problem still exists, I had no problems earlier before the update. Thanks
None of the settings has been altered.

Just deleted the Xbox360ace emlator thing which fixed the problem. Matt, you could try it as well.

Not a big issue for me, I've already ordered a XBOX 360 controller which is yet to be delivered. But people using that emulator might still have this problem.
