Hurray ! Pakistan on the way to a series win against England . Suddenly 2005 has turned gloomy for England .

The match is still on with Ali playing very well and again the required run-rate being low, Eng have a good chance.

Eng have a chance..... Ali should take the chance and should try to go after the bowlers.......

----------
Once the required rate goes over 6, then it will be impossible for Eng to return back

--------
Ali is making a big mistake here...he should keep strike with him but he is giving strike to Anderson on the very first ball of the over and Anderson is spoiling the over

What is Anderson doing, 1 run of 17 balls. My granny can make more than that. Can't he just block one and run insted of trying to flash at them.

Good effort by Kabir and Jimmy, they have batted better than most of the top order. The match is still Pakistan's to loose.

Oh no!!! Pakistan wins, this was so close, Eng deserved to win after the fightback. But Congrats to Pakistan for winning the series. 2005, the year of mixed results for England.

It was a brave effort by Blackwell, Kabir and Jimmy, but that run out turned out to be the turning point, if Blackwell would of continued straight on instead of suddenly turning he would have made it, still take nothing away from Pakistan, they bowled well early on despite not turning up with the bat today.

Hopefully England can take some pride back home and end the series on a high with a win in the final game on Wednesday.

Good performance from Akhtar in this series. He has really come of age and would be a treat watching him against Sehwag and co. although I can't watch.

:happy Finally, they almost gave the match away at the end. But as Briggsey said a brave effort by the tailenders.

Welldone INZY-BOB & Company for a great series victory. :hpraise
Now Pakistan can certainly afford to rest their main players in the next game.
The presence of President of Pakistan has proved yet again that Pakistan is a safe country for cricket.

Great win by Pakistan. They almost blew it in the end but great captaincy by Younis khan. He may have been out for a duck but his great catch and his wits contributed a lot to our victory. Well done Pakistan.
Bring on the Indians.

Someone thought we deserved to win?

 :D :noway

Our batting really does throw away good positions at times, Only Strauss imo got out thought by the bowler, rest gave it away, maybe bar Flintoff.

Ali batted well, He should play all the games in India, we need a pitch up bowler to have any chance there.

I have said that before that these umpires are biased against us. That was out clearly gloved to the keeper. That was the turning point in the match. Trescothick is a key wicket. That decision was not an error of judgement. Its biase and nothing else. If trescothick goes on to win the match for his team, after being clearly out, it will be another feather in the cap of anti asian umpires.

Umpires get decisions wrong get used to it, it happens to everyone. They are humans who have to make split second decisions, and actually when Sky showed the first replay from the front (umpires view), there was no deviation, and you can't blame him for not hearing it, the stadiums in pakistan are very noisy, Put a microphone on his ear connected to the stumps mikes and that will make a big difference.

True, I also think we could have done with Ian Bell in there, he's batted well as sub this series when he's been required, just unlucky that he was subbed at the start after Pakistan chose to bat, with him coming in down the order it would have helped, especially if it was to partner Blackwell at the end there.
