I still think Aussies will win this one. England will loose early wickets tomorrow and then on it will be difficult. Awesome story.....

Warne spins England out of control

Day 5 turned out to be a nightmare for England as Shane Warne created all sorts of trouble with his spin for which the England batsmen didn't had any answer. England lost 5 wickets in this 1st session of final day and at the moment they are struggling to save this match. Shane Warne did all the damage this morning and now Australia are in the driver's seat and all set to win this test match.
England started the day with 134 runs on the board and with 8 wickets in hand. Both the overnight batsmen Cook and Bell were trying to get their concentration back but the master leg spinner was mixing his deliveries nicely. Warne almost got his 1st wicket of the day as there was a confident appeal against Ian Bell who missed his sweep shot completely but Bowden shakes his head. Warne was not happy with Billy's decision and one got a feeling that this was the third time in this match Billy did an error in judgement. The hawkeye clearly showed that the ball was just missing the off stump and finally a good decision by Billy Bowden :).But England lost the wicket of Ian Bell in the same over as he was caught in the covers after a miscued the cover drive.

But things went from bad to worse for England when A.Cook missed a fulltoss from Warne and was judged lbw. That was really a lapse in concentration from A.Cook who was batting nicely and was dismissed just 13 runs short of his century. England lost two early wickets today as Paul Collingwood made his way out to the middle with his team in trouble. Pietersen and Collingwood were now trying to save this match but Ponting introduced spin from both end which made things more difficult for England. Collingwood ,who was too defensive today, was surprised by a delivery from M.Clarke which bounced more than expected and the ball took a healthy edge of the bat after Gilchrist took a brilliant catch diving forward giving Clarke his 1st wicket of the innings.

Unlucky dismissal of Cook, Collingwood follows quickly

Collingwood departs scoring just 5 runs

With the fall of Collingwood's wicket, A.Flintoff came out to bat but he failed to trouble the scorers as he was bowled for a duck by the master leg spinner. Once again a wicket fell due to uneven bounce as the ball bounced more than expected which came off the glove and went on to hit the stumps. Warne got the big wicket of Flintoff that too for a duck and now thing are looking extremely difficult for England as their last recognized batting pair is out there in the middle. Pietersen who is batting nicely at the moment is joined by the wicketkeeper G.Jones.

Just before the lunch session G.Jones tried to sweep Warne and was trapped in front giving Warne his 5th wicket of the innings and his 1st 5 wicket haul in this test match. England are now on the verge of losing this test match:( but still they have Pietersen batting nicely on 43 and Hoggard has just joined him who has survived for 18 balls. England will be hoping for some miracle to happen as now they only have just 3 wickets in hand and Warne will be looking to finish this off quickly giving Australia a 1-0 lead in this 5 match Ashes series.
The session belonged to Australia and especially to Shane Warne who took 4 wickets this morning and is now getting closer to 700 test wicket. Warne has the best bowling figures in this match with 21 overs,13 maidens, 5 wickets for just 17 runs.:clap

Warne has won it for Australia. A lot of sweeps getting the English batsman in trouble just like real life! KP has to be a miracle worker if he can save England from defeat here...

England can't sweep it is a known fact. Warne is destroying them though.

Excellent presentation mate, this story is pure class

Thats excellent bowling by Shane Warne. 21 overs 13 maidens 5 wickets and just 17 runs:eek:

Its all upto to KP to save England from here now.

Great presentation!

Its like the 5th day in the 5th test match of the ashes

Great bowling by Warne but what a catch by Gilchrist. That is catch of the century . Australia surely can't lose this now.

Its always tough to face the spinners in the last innings. Warne, Murali and Jumbo are always going to be dangerous in that fourth innings whoever the best batsmen may be.. ( except Sachin :D )

Oh, well, it would be nice to see some fireworks from KP before England getting all out. Great presentation as always. Keep it up!:)

My predictions were absolutely right as Warney got England in massive trouble and Australia now will surely win this one before tea!!!. Awesome job Gk you are fantastic...superb hawkeye's.....:hpraise

Great work Gamer, keep up the good work. Australia should win this one. Warne has done it again

Screw this, sub Anderson on and he'll smash the runs no problem.

No chance for England....unless their tail wants to emulate Lara and Tendulkar
