The Toss

West Indies have won the toss and elected to field first .​

Mandira Bedi : Michael Atherton is there on the pitch with the two captains for the toss and it will be an interesting one.

M.Atherton : Thank You Mandira ......The crowd is in action they are all waiting to get the match on it way so are the two captains A.Flintoff and B.Lara. Flintoff tosses the coin .....tails is the call from Lara and it comes down as tails.....West Indies have won the toss .Well Brian congrajulations on winning the toss whats your decision .

B.Lara :We will bowl first. The pitch is good for batting and it will remains same for batting in both innings . So we will try to keep the the runs down in the start and it will be difficult to get Bradshaw away in the starting overs as he bowled well against India too.

M.Atherton :And what about your team?

B.Lara :We have a change in the team D.Powell is back in the side so it gives another bowling option for us and D.Smith is out as he is out of form so we decided to give a chance to Powell.

M.Atherton :And what score are you looking to restrict England?

B.Lara :Well the pitch is good for batting but we will try to restrict them around 250.

M.Atherton : Well good luck for the match Brian.

B.Lara :Thank you .

A.Flintoff :No not at all this is a good track to bat on and i was going to bat 1st if i would have won the toss and we will try to put more runs on the board ..

M.Atherton : What about your side ?

A.Flintoff : Sajid Mahmood is not playing in this match due to a side strain and he will be replaced by L.Plunkett and rest of the side is the same as previous match..

M.Atherton : Well good luck for the match Freddie .

A.Flintoff : Thank You.

M.Atherton: Back to you Mandira.
