Ironic that you’re arguing for more empowerment of on-field umpires, while wanting to remove the one thing in the DRS process that empowers them. Umpire's call minimises any small mistakes in the technology by trusting the judgement of the on-field umpire in marginal calls.
Now, you can say that technology should only be used when it’s 100% accurate to the last inch, but that is years away. I think we can all say that we’ve been better off with DRS in the last decade.

I am saying you either go with what the umpires are saying or with the tech. Out is out. Not out of not out.

Cricinfo says it was umpire's call on impact.

Appeal was for caught behind - umpire's call not out. No edge

So they checked LBW, and it couldn't have been more out despite impact being marginally out of off (umpire's call comes to play)

You could see the off stump as the ball hit the pads with the leg barely a feet from the stumps. It would have crashed into the stumps 11 times out of 10

But as per the rules it is the RIGHT DECISION
