So the 9-0 was a long time in coming. :)

Anyway, final word before I go to beddy-byes:

C'MON NEWCASTLE!! HAWAY THE LADS! (Or something). :D :D :D

Oh and a quick word to my lot: if the game is going like a basketball match and we're two goals up? Sit on the sodding lead!

Regardless if Bent is fit or not for the EURO's, Andy Caroll's finally showing some form for Liverpool is creating a fairly strong case to make the final 23.

FA Cup final was a great watch:thumbs.

What the hell's happened to Enrique. Used to be such a boss, but now... Maybe it has something to do with the home fans booing him.

That it's a disallowed goal?! :D

No I think that was obvious it didn't go in, The crossbar is cylindrical and when Cech pushed the ball away the ball came back to the pitch, which suggests it hit the side of the bar facing outside of the goal, and that should keep away any doubts about the shot being awarded to Liverpool.

If either of the ball hitting inside of the Crossbar or right down on it would've resulted in a goal, because Cech wouldn't of had time to recover.

But the referee's got a great eye to award the advantage to Chelsea in a crucial time but Suarez was a moron to prolong his protest, can't blame him though. Any player would've done it because it was so close to an equalizer.

Yeah and I feel had Carroll not started celebrating for that disallowed goal, he could have as well tapped in the rebound considering he was only yards away. As for Suarez, I'd have pretty much done the same. Reeked of desperation like you said, so harsh to blame him really.

This hurts :(

City closing in on the title now.

OOOOOooooh, what a miss by Aguero!!!!

How costly could that be???

It wasn't the City game, it wasn't even the Everton game - it was that Wigan game - that was really where it went wrong.

And another crucial miss by City!!! Make them pay, Newcastle!

Toure again. 2-0 and all over.

Very much like the disputed England goal in '66. Hunt, I think it was - he could've stuck away the rebound and saved us all 40+ years of German whining.

No problem - we'll just go and whack Swansea 20-0. :D :p

Seriously though, today's going to be fun - Utd are going to go all out for goals. I know we're not going to make it up, but I reckon we're going to try.

Here we go:

Man Utd 6-0 Swansea
Sunderland 0-6 Man Utd.

That'll do it. :D

It could been 4 or 5 but win was important now one more game and champions

It would be just like us to roll Swansea over 9-0 today. :D

Nah, I'm joking. Swansea are a good team, I reckon we'll beat them by a few, but not enough to do anything about the G/D.

Yep, City played like Champions today, have to give that to them. As I said, although I'll never agree with how it came about, the team themselves have done what they needed to do - bar some major goalscoring exploits by Man Utd, the title's theirs. QPR might be fighting relegation but it won't matter a jot - City will blow them away next week.

QPR's best chance is to get someone to knobble Tevez, Aguero and Toure. :D
