I think anyone who has watched Henry for a long time would ask you are you serious...Henry is the most,but not the only,important player in our team.He is not past his prime as far as i can see,though we'll see next season,but even so,he's better than both Rooney(So overhyped) and Ronaldo.He's proven himself by being almost unstoppable for 5 or so years.I don't pretend to know how good Ronaldo or Rooney will be in the future,but i am confident that Henry will be no worse than any of them(Certainly not Rooney-someone even said he was better technically han Thierry!).

Rooneys not over-hyped, hes not playing as well now as he did at the start of his career despite scoring more goals than ever but he almost undoubtedly will find that form again,he's too good not to. Look back at how he played in his first year at united and the 2 or 3 at Everton and you will know what i'm talking about

I know Henry is a good player but he isn't as important to Arsenal as Rooney or Ronaldo is too Man U, so I beleive that in being more important to a team is better overall than being a better individual player.

Now that is not true. I remember Arsenal being a one man team not so long ago. He wins games single handedly and has been doing it season after season. But depending on one man alone is never a good thing so in that regard United are moving in the right direction and making better signings.

I am not saying Ronaldo and Rooney wont improve with every year but until they do what Henry has done for the fast several seasons, comparing either of them to the great one is rather foolish. Especially Rooney who has a lot to do (on an entire season basis) before he can prove he is up there with the best.

Yes Rooney needs to score like the great man himself 25+ goals per season can he do it? Um looking at his finishing sometimes, i say No. So stop comparing him to the Legend

Why shouldn't we compare them? You have no right to tell people what to do. I'll compare him to whoever i like. You honestly don't believe he can get 25 goal a season. Hmmmmmm 2 more goals,at the age of 21 should be really hard to find. this is completly unfair,you can't prove whether one is better than the other until their careers are over so why all these Arsenal fans are bragging soo much about the fact their striker whos 28ish and been playing for ages is better than a 21 year old is beyond me. Obviously Henrys better now but unless you can see into the future, next months lottery numbers please, then you are only going to find 1 winner.

It wasn't me that did the comparison it was Hooper and I replied because of the way everyone was talking about Rooney. Kakas still older than Rooney by 4 or 5 years so obviously he would be better as well. Fabregas is a very different type of player. 23 goals to about 5 says that the comparison would be stupid. Even on the assists Rooneys 2 behind so Fabregas must offer something Rooney doesn't which is why its not worthwile comparin them. Whilst looking at the assists i found it ineteresting though how Ronaldos top and Artetas 3rd! Crouch is on 8! How exactly did he get more than Gerrard,2 short of Lampard! Rooney was still the 4th top scored and never noticed how Benni McCarthy managed to sneak ahead of Ronaldo

Yes but it was the Arsenal fans who were comparing them in the first place by saying Henrys better than anyone we've got,therefore making a comparison with the whole united squad,then it just so happens Rooney is our best player of a similar position so it really is a direct comparison with him as hes our best forward whos not a winger

I think its a fair point. The fact is Henry is better than Ronaldo as of now. Yes Ronaldo might improve and maybe just maybe even surpass the Frenchman by the end of his career, but until he does that, the fact does not change.

Rooney shouldnt even be considered because I dont think hes topped throughout an entire season. Good player but massively over-rated.

The commentators being English are always going to be biased towards the England players.
