Also, credit to ever:

Just create a GRAPHICS folder in My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008
Then create a folder called PICTURES. Make a folder for KITS, LOGOS, PLAYERS..
Then dump the files in their respective folders, load game, turn OFF skin cache, reload skin.. Sorted

Just installing after reading the review in zoo.Five players to look out for are:

Could someone please, please post up a fools guide to how to load the logos, player faces and kits.

Or direct me to a fools guide, because as some of you would im sure agree, im really, really dumb and it isn't working.

The bolded bit; Do i put these seperate folder INSIDE the Pictures folder? Or do i make the three other folders alongside the pictures folder?

No no, you put them inside the pictures folder.

Documents > SI > FM2008 > Graphics > Pictures > Kits/Logos/Players

Right cheers, done that.

I've opened them up in winzip, do i keep all the photos inside there folders.

Example;

C:\Documents and Settings\Simon\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\Graphics\Pictures\kits

Thats where my kit file is located,

It comes in three folders,

Default
Leagues
Nations

Do i keep them in them files or do i remove them and just have a long kit file full of pictures? Please say you understand

Cool, thanks for the links KP! Awesome how we have faces and kits and logos already! This is awesome, cheers again. Will see how easy it is to install them later tonight:o

I actually love this game So much quicker than the last version. Just hope Phil gets his finger out of his rectum and gets an online game going soon!

Nah dont start an online game soon, apparently they are releasing a patch very very soon to fix some glaring bugs.

On my current game as Newcastle (Started again) Liverpool are in the relegation spot about 16 games in, with 4 points. Thats screwed!
