Sandro, a true legend in American Samoan football on the right wing
He spent 4 years at Flamengo only making 5 appearances before making the move to Pago Pago in 2019. He played in 16 matches that season after joining in November, scoring 3 goals and making 8 assists. He continued to make an impact in the following seasons with 10 goals and 16 assists in 2020-21, breaking the assists record in 2021-22 with 20 assists to go with 8 goals. He scored 29 goals and made 52 assists over the next 5 seasons before pulling off an outstanding season in 2027-28 with an average rating of 7.84 (beating his previous best of 7.67 in his second season) as he scored 12 goals and made 14 assists with 5 MOTM awards. He played in only 20 matches the next season and didn't make a huge impact but added another 19 assists in the following season with 5 goals as he played in 26 matches, pretty good for a 32 year old. He continued to be our first choice right midfield as he played in another 75 odd matches over the next 3 seasons with 18 goals and 22 assists before finally getting a bit too old at 35 and only played in 7 games during the 2033-34 season. His final season at the club was this season where he only played in 9 appearances but he started in the final where he converted a penalty to score his first goal in 2 seasons and set up a goal to have a memorable finale. Unfortunately he is not worth signing as a coach and my board won't let me have anymore coaches even though they say I can so I can't just add him anyway. I could sign him as the worst scout in the world though
As an overview, 362 league games, the most in Pago Pago history, 90 goals and 162 assists, also a record by a long way. 51 MoM performances as well. And 23 caps for American Samoa as well with 3 goals after taking up citizenship, making his debut in 2025 after being born in Brazil. The only player to really get close to that amount of games for our club was Horacio Quintana who played in 309 league games although he was far less influential (despite being the skipper for most of his career) with only 43 goals and 67 assists.
The following screenshot does not have his final 2 seasons stats, which were 2033-34 - 7 apps, 0 goals, 2 assists, 0 MoM, AR 6.83 and his 2034-35 stats are shown at the bottom since that's what was selected.
And this was his final game for the club. A brilliant hattrick for Diguinho as well as he caps off an unbelievable season.
Well these are Diguinho's attributes and stats for the current season. The 29 goals is a new division record. Tafuna Jets' Jhon Correa scored 24 goals in a season although Diguinho held the previous record of 26 goals anyway from 9 years ago, haha
But his is an absolutely legendary career.
