But it'd be stupidly unfun if it was a massive challenge, if you had to be an immense tactician, with Mourinho or Ferguson levels of ability then the game would not be fun. The game may aim to be a simulation, but if it was too much of a sim then it wouldn't be fun. Also, you don't read many FM Forums if that's all you see, there are loads of threads saying "my team are crap, i have £5million to spend, who do I buy ?". Fm 08's actually a really top game, with the latest patch anyway, before the patch it's awful.

Just found the most awesome skin in the world, it may be dedicated to Maradona, but it's graphically superb, and looks brilliant with all the right badges and kits. Check it out, i'm using it now and loving it, tis the best skin i've ever seen...

Yeah I like 2D, I'm sure Miles Jacobson said in one of the podcasts, that although they'd never say never, they couldn't see 3D becoming an option too soon. I'd prefer 2D to 3D really.

Hope they abandon the idea; over time they would inevitably on the 3D stuff, diverting attention away from detail/improving gameplay etc.

Plus, if it ain't broke, why try and fix it?

I think it's cute , A 3d option would be good but I don't want it to end up like ICC 3 which I would never play over ICC 2006 now.

I like LMA manager, it's a quality game. If only those graphics could be implemented into an FM database and features!
