You are welcome.. But why do you over exaggerate things... Here on PC every one supports everyone... You cannot say that people

say this for sympathy

They have a world out of PC.. Anyways.. Not offending you just correcting your imagination and view of people who quit..:)

Look mate, one must write stories for fun and only if one has time for it.I'm not against anyone who posts such. But,some people have 3-4 threads running simultaneously and then they write a long essay saying they have a lot of other work to do.So,why can't they just stick with one thing?

Put a sock on it. You've got no idea how this forum works, you've only been here for a few months. Everyone gets fed up of the way people keep starting stories and stop it after a few pages and do something else. User2010 is right in all aspects here.

I'm going to echo the sentiments of the posts above me. He has described it perfectly and it's good to see a new member acknowledge what's wrong with the forum and try to make a story he will keep.

Idea Cup 2010
Bangladesh Vs. Srilanka
ODI Match @ Sher-E-Bangla Stadium,Mirpur.

Runs flourish and then...

Dilshan was looking uncomfortable right from the start of the Lankan innings.Rubel Hossain was troubling him over and over again. He wasn't able to hit the middle of the bat and when he did,the ball ran straight to the fielders.Shafiul Islam also built up the pressure on Dilshan after bowling a good tight maiden over.Sangakkara on the other hand worked up singles and doubles looking to build up his innings. He seemed to be well focused and didn't allow the bowlers to get over him.He kept ticking the scoreboard with Dilshan failing to do so.

'Dilshan is looking out of sorts today',said Sunny Gavaskar while his was doing the commentary. The very next over Dilshan sort of answered him back with his bat.He took Rubel Hossain to the cleaners by hitting 4 boundaries in the over.He smashed the ball to almost every part of the ground and Rubel had no answer whatsoever. This was Dilshan at its very best and Srilankan supporters knew that now they could be in for a 'treat'.

With Rubel Hossain having lost his plot,Skipper brought in Syed Rasel as the first change.Shafiul Islam bowled from the other end.The runs had now started to flow from both the ends. With Dilshan getting his magic back and Sanga timing the ball perfectly, the last thing Bangladesh wanted was indiscipline and some bad decisions.Shafiul bowled an absolute ripper and Sangakkara was trapped in front of the wickets. That seemed plum and as the bowler turned to appeal Umpire already had his hand up.Nah,it wasn't the finger pointing upwards but the whole bloody hand raised indicating the 'no-ball'.This event was far from forgotten when Syed Rasel got the ball to nip-back at Dilshan and appealed to the umpire.Umpire was far from 'moved' and literally shouted 'Not out!' as the roar by the crowd was huge. That looked to be out though but umpire thought otherwise.Luck didn't want to be on Bangladeshi side,it seemed.

With Srilanka running away and none of the bowlers really delivering,Shakib had no other option than to bring himself on.He had the worst possible starts as Sangakkara smacked him four 2 fours in a row.A couple of good deliveries followed after that and Sangakkara tried to go over the top.He got a bit carried away there as the ball went through the gate knocking his stumps over.Though Shakib went for 10 runs in the over,he had done what he would have thought of doing.Srilankan skipper was set and looking all good for a long-innings.He lost his focus for a split-second and that was enough for the Tigers.Sangakkara was dismissed on 26 with the total of 92 on the board. The 'gutsy' partnership of 65 runs between Dilshan and Sangakkara came to an end.

This was not it.Thilan Samaraweera was the next man to come in and go out as well.In the very next over,Dilshan guided one down the leg-side and called for 3 straight-away.Samaraweera was slow to get off the blocks and paid the huge price for it.With fielder getting to the ball early,Samaraweera couldn't make his ground while going for the 3rd one.He was way short of the crease.Bangladeshi Tigers got 2 quick wickets there and were finally back in the game when it seemed it was slipping through.Mahela Jayawardene was the next man to come in...

I don't sit up whole day over to make updates.I'll keep going at this speed as I am comfortable with it and I don't want to just simulate whole match and post it at once and then state this as a 'story'.Some stories which I have read(Hall of Fame thread)seemed to be really good and not hurried up.I'm also not gonna hurry this one.

User2010 added 10 Minutes and 24 Seconds later...

did he try for a dil-scoop so far???
Oh yeah,he did.The ball hit the grill of his helmet. So he never tried that again.:p

Dont worry about the pace. As you said you dont wanna have rush it. This way it feels like i am actually watching the highlights of the match. When people just do the whole game in 5 min and write an essay about it in 2 min, it feels like i am checking score in cricinfo.

Not a bad effort from Bangladesh so far. Dilshan and Sanga were starting to look very dangerous at the crease but luckily enough for Bangladesh they were able to pick up the wicket of Sanga and were also able to run out Samaraweera.

Another brilliant update, KUTGW. :clap
