Group A - Australia, Netherlands, Scotland, South Africa

Kallis got out far too late, he's left far too much for these two to do. And now Watson the guy they could probably take to has no pressure.
And there goes Pollock :)

The game doesn't make much difference as both teams are through already, this was just a 'Who Takes The Points' kind of game

SA may have won this match if Kallis had got out early. Its bewildering, that an experienced player like him would play such an innings under the given circumstances.
SA were lucky in that 400+ run chase, as Kallis got out before he could completely derail the chase.

The winner would take 2 points, which would be cruicial. So, this is an important game.

That extra win means we don't have to win one extra game in the Super 8. Plus if we lost defending again we would have lost all confidence in defending.

Sorry guys I've only just learnt the format, this is the first World Cup I've followed you see

I love watching Shaun Tait bowl when he really gets going, fantastic pace and control!

Looks like we have our World Champions. Australia will definitely win this World Cup. What an exciting world we live in.

So aussies are #1 again?

Officially we would have to win our next match and I think we're number 1 as the ranking close on April 1st for the prize money given to the top team.

well well well...what a turn around by the aussies...at one stage i thought SA were gonna make it easy...but than bad luck hit them and they went down one after another...one wicket remains between Australia and a great win...
