Ashwin took 6 out of the 20 wickets needed to win a test match. What's with all the hate. I'll never understand it.

Cheteshwar Pujara take a bow! The quicks and him won us this test! Pujara has saved this test match series because if we had bundled for 150 I know how the series would have gone.

Having said all this, there is no excuse for the tail making 110 runs on day 5 in a test when there was so much for the spinners.[DOUBLEPOST=1544419077][/DOUBLEPOST]

More than our bowlers, I would blame our batsmen for taking this so close. The pitch was not offering anything much to the bowlers after the ball got 5-10 overs old. They really had to work for their wickets when the batsmen decided to dig in

Losing 3 wickets for 19 runs in the first innings and then 4 wkts for 4 runs by the tail in the second innings to atrocious shots was unacceptable on a slow but good wicket

Ok...Please try not to make assumptions. I did watch the match. He bowled quite well actually. Good lines and length. Can't expect too much more. Indians and Pakistanis are generally crazy when it comes to expectations from cricketers.
