why did they let sehwag captain?

he's a joy to watch bat but only because he goes at like he's got no brain. could dravid or tendulkar or khan not have done it. someone with experience, I know dravid and tendulkar gave it up and don't and want it but it's just one test boys!

McCullum deserved that hundred. It's been a long time coming. He's been out in the 90's sooooo many times and he finally got that third hundred. Finally he had people to bat with and not Chris Martins. First home century!

Oh and Jesse's 200 is just gold. Been AGES since our last double. What a player for our future! He's so good to watch too and looks to do it so easy. He's hungry for runs and wants to bat and bat which is fantastic.

Glad to see McCullum finally get his first real hundred here. Even better to see Ryders double. Hope Ryder can stay out of trouble and keep this up!

Heh, what a drop in batting quality once Vettori and McCullum go; 14, 4, 2. Surely that's the end.

It's a shame McCullum couldn't get going. A few overs of him going at everything would have been nice!

India start off in T20 fashion. I wish Sehwag puts some sense coz if we lose quick wickets, we will waste a great opportunity to have a nice sleep for the rest of the days on this road

if karthiks the 2nd best keeper in india then i am the king of england.

all hail king leonidas.

btw watch out for cricketman, you just put your life in danger by saying that. :cutit

im sure cricketman wouldnt mind if he's been watching the match. or atleast the 2nd to last ball of the new zealand innings when karthik dropped patel.

hindustani added 15 Minutes and 10 Seconds later...

are you kidding me. SEHWAG NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO PLAY LIKE THAT WE ARE CHASING A SCORE OF OVER 9,000!

Not happy with that 3rd umpiring decision. That normally gets given. It's the right call by the book depending on how you interpret the rule, but honestly, the bail is usually always still half on in run-outs when they're given.

No consistency. I remember one earlier in the series being given very similar against us.

That was out, though Iain O'Brien did get a decision like that in the 1st test. Oh well.
