287 in the final innings is a mighty ask with a full batting lineup. What we have is 4 batsmen and a half. India would rather tell guys like Pandya to play like its an ODI chase. Draw is the least probable result here. However, given that this is largely a docile track, our seamers have done reasonably well to keep us in the game. In fact, thr bowling has given us a shot at winning in both the games. I don't remember us getting 200ish targets in SA in 2 consecutive games ever. If we want to call ourselves a top side, we've got to convert these to wins more often. However, we might rue the suicidal runouts in the first innings barring which we could've had a huge shot at a big lead. From my cricket watching experience, big first innings leads win you tests overseas more than anything else. Home sides are more likely to mount comebacks than away sides.
