That was horrendous batting display by Jadhav and Watson. Wasted too many deliveries in the middle phase and got out playing ugly slogs ,rotating the strike and running 2s were the key for them but thats the area Kedar Jadhav needs to work in his game and Watson being such a experience player could have access the conditions better.

Hope the Goenka brothers heard that! The Stokes comment is a bigger hit than the rooftop six that Dhoni hit in today's game against RCB. For a home RCB crowd chanting "A...B...D", "A...B....D", it's truly an amazing sight to see that crowd cheer for his wicket because he was stumped in lightning quick fashion by MSD.

Last time something like this happened was when Sachin played for MI and used to play at Chepauk (Chennai) against CSK. And despite being the home crowd for CSK, the crowd chanted "Sachin....Sachin" and cheered him and went silent when he got out. Some players just transcend barriers and are loved despite who they play for. Despite a majority of CSK players being picked by Gujarat (Raina, Jadeja, Bravo, McCullum, Smith), 80-90% of CSK fans back Pune for only MS Dhoni (see Twitter when Pune plays - you will find most of CSK fans rooting for Pune). It will be devastating if CSK cant get Dhoni back in yellow next year during their return. Hope IPL offers CSK and RR the chance to get back atleast 4-5 players who used to play for them before the ban happened. That way, CSK can get back MSD, Raina, Bravo and Jadeja. And then try to win back Ashwin and the likes of McCullum, Smith and Faf.

Watson is one among legends.. And he won so many matches for RCB..

How many matches has watto won for RCB ? Can't remember any. Sure, he has bowled pretty well last season, but batting is plain horrible. I am not blaming only watto, but others too. Just focusing on him because, he is overseas player and only 4 of them can be in the team. Can't have any free rides.

He is retired player now and he is not the same as he used to be for Royals and even what he did last year. Even his bbl stint was mediocre to say the least earlier this year.
Its a wise decision to play Travis Head ahead of him in my opinion.
And why the hell are you dragging Kohli in this? Pretty irrelevant comparison .He scored fifty in his comeback game and even the 20 odd he scored yesterday he looked by far the best player in the RCB lineup.
