Indian Tour of Sri Lanka & Triangular Series, July-August 2010

Atleast, India have some chance here, the srilankan tail has shown that and I can say SL's bowling is not too better than India despte Malinga. But seeing as it is becoming spinner's pitch, India stands a chance.

Sharma and Tendulkar needs to hang up for some 1-1.5 hours tomorrow to frustate the SL bowlers first.(Well I don't expect him to but you don't know on any day, Mendis got a 73):D

The Mumbai chase was against England.

:facepalm

I wasn't talking bout that match or a chase. I was talking bout the match agianst Australia in 2004 series. The pitch was a dust-bowl where Michale Clarke Took 6 wickets for 9 runs. Sachin and Laxman played crucial innings in 2nd innings or india to setup a total.

Sharma to score hundred :D :laugh

Yeah Australia 2004. Who could forget that horrible pitch.

How about if this partnership give us a win?:D:p

You two are big jokers.:p

Till Sachin is there, India can win this easily.

Tommorows first hour will be crucial. With all the SL bowlers raring to go!
If india can survive the first 2 hours without losing a wicket. This match is theirs for the taking!

The good thing , from my point of view, is that India have to win this. If they were 1-0 up, they would go into a shell and would definitely lose it easily. However, now that they're down they need to win the match so they'll at least have some sort of a positive intent.

It's not gonna be easy. At all, but I just hope we can scrape through.

I don't think Ishant can score more than 20 tomorrow but I would be happy to prove wrong.

Yeah, he is probably been sent to wall a few overs, so that even if we have a collapse, someone down the order can draw it.

Hmm... looks pretty interesting match.. I'm sure India will pull it provided our batsmen should hold the nerve tomorrow morning. Our batsmen should keep in mind that there's no Bhajji/Zack in lower order.

Whatever anybody thinks, But I think that Mithun can be batsman who can make difference like what Mendis did. Mithun is an technically fine batsman, he was looking good in his last innings. I don't expect anything from Sharma as he can't bat but I have a feeling he'd score some 20 runs tomorrow which would be crucial.

So the batsmen who will really make the difference tomorrow are:

Sachin - play big probably not out till end.
Raina - capable we all know, two marvellous batting performances we all know, he will gonna score in some 40's tomorrow I know.:D
Laxman - If Raina fail's all his duties will go to Laxman and we all know he is very very special.:D
Mithun - If India's batting collapses by any means I have a feeling he would score in some gusty 30's to take India home.:p

I don't expect anything from Mishra and Dhoni but if rest all of the team fails, these two will take us to a win.

So see guys India have won it already.:D

P.S. - :p:p:p:p(for those who think that's not gonna happen)

This is tight but Sri Lanka are definitely favorites from hereon in with a 5th day pitch and two good spinners.
