Not taking anything away from you, but two of them were in newbie games and one of them was in a cop game.

I did wonder about somehow including info on number of people playing in each game and then turning that into a difficulty modifier but it seemed over-contrived...

Yeah, the newbie games are probably all good, but you've got like a 50% chance of winning in the cop games, so the people who've played in a couple of them probably have a nice boost to their win percentage.
