Mafia: Discussion, History and Waiting List Thread

I found the anonymised one really really tedious. I just don't think that it'll retain enough player interest for anyone to really bother. With the normal mafia games you can have a bit of banter and what not along the way its alot harder to do that when you haven't the smeg who the people are.

The theme games don't really interest me at this stage. It's pretty much just the mafia theme that attracted me really.

Not into all that Harry Potter type stuff, so the Throne Games one wouldn't interest me either (yes I'm just taking the piss now )

I'm willing to run an Expert Cop mafia game if there are five members who are going to be active enough over two or three days. I'm inclined to hold only 12-hour days, and 6 hour nights, although an extension of maximum 6 hours would be available for days if needed.

Expert Cop sounds pretty good. Something different for me and shouldn't take too long to complete.

That's three members. I'd rather gauge the interest here before creating the thread, because inactivity in a five-player game that's supposed to end up in two days hurts very much. So, Bevab, if you are interested, just make sure you'll be active for the majority of the days - I don't want posts like, "I'm busy going out for whatsoever reasons, and won't be available for the next 12-24 hours." If it's sudden and unexpected, then it's fine, and I really can't do anything about that, but I want to start out with a certain reasonable degree of assurance that no one's going to be inactive.

I don't think so I'll become inactive, unless its sudden and unexpected. And I don't expect something like that.
