I think I'd be in the top 9, especially as most of the better players aren't playing much anymore. I would really look forward to that game though ARay.

Totally, thats why I lost interest in Simpsons mafia, the writeups gave too much away and were tediously long to read.

that's it, and the characters just the roles. That is pure mafia and strategy. Using clues from popular TV shows and all that is fun but it just detracts from the actual strategy of Mafia games and gives some an unfair advantage.

Simple mafia ftw!

We can actually have writeups with clues, but in that case, role claims should be forbidden, like in the earlier games. I think I'm going to do something like that.

Simple mafia is best when role claiming is allowed.

A question from the members who have run a mafia game. Does running your own mafia game helps in learning mafia game?

If anyone's interested, I'm thinking of starting a game with WWE as a theme, just wanted to get some feedback whether you guys are aware of the wrestlers or not.

Yes. They won't be forming the majority but certainly you can expect one or two divas to be in the game.

I don't know much about Wrestling (haven't followed it for years now), but I'll be in if you promise a good game.

And I better start setting up my plans for the Pokemon/World Leaders mafia.

I think I've been a mafia once, Godfather. The game in which WC used that white text thing and got Mattfb killed. Ha ha, loved that. I've also been Cop, Doc, Vanilla townie. For individual aligned, I was a vigilante in LL's Lost mafia. Have had pretty nice roles, good variations.

I'd love a Pokemon mafia. Same as what Varun said for Wrestling mafia as I haven't followed it great deal.

And for the wrestling mafia, you won't really require much knowledge. It'll mostly contain the famous wrestlers. And regarding the write-ups, don't expect much. It will probably be like what The Spin did, not as lengthy as MaD's writings.

I need to decide quickly on the two, since I'll only be free till June end. (but that's a lot of time!)
