Agreed. Pakistan is a very good side with some good players who can turn over the game within an over or two.

We can't blame people or media for criticizing the team's performance and captaincy. The same happened when we (India) lost 5-match test against England in 2011, Test series against Aus in 2012 ,WT20 in 2012 & 2014, SA vs Ind tour 2015 (ODI & T20I)etc…. How can we forget the people's angry agendas against Virat & Anushka after losing semis of WC2015. It is an ongoing process which we cannot negotiate or try to negotiate. Once the team gets momentum, they start praising the captaincy and team's performace and even go to airports to congratulate the team with a bouquet of flowers. If they lose, throw stones at the player's residence who is responsible for that loss.

Board must take a strict action by dropping few players who are responsible and not the whole team. I'm pretty much happy with Dhoni because he is the only captain to win all the trophies of ICC. Even though the team has lost some series recently, Dhoni was the one to stand firm and back his players. It is the responsibility of the captain to back his players. Captain plays an important role in team selection. It is not the fault of board of selectors alone. Even captain is equally responsible. Again, team should be backed by captain and captain should be backed by the board.

Afridi should stick to a combination and try to work on it. It is a kind of funny thing where the captain is still finding right combination of WT20 prior to a week of commencement of the tournment.

Its all over for Pakistan (in term of experimenting team combination). They need to build a team which can perform even in pressure. You can't always depend on Malik or Sarfraz. Each player should understand their role in the team and play accordingly.

Good luck Pakistan - Selectors, Team, Players, Captain and ultimately - the pakistani fans.

I don't know how people rate Pakistan. Their batting is absolutely delirious and they keep playing ageing batsmen in a young man's sport. A huge hoopla is made about Shoaib Malik and Muhammad Hafeez and I don't understand why. You put them in on a wicket that does something against quality bowling and they will either get out or crawl to a 30/40. Apart from Misbah Ul Haq, Pakistan hasn't produced one quality batsman who can make an impact. Umar Akmal is good, but lacks temperament. You can't blame him. If memory serves me right, he's been around for 6 years at least and he still bats at 5/6. Ahmed Shehzad is good, but the management has no faith in him.

What Pakistan do have is a bowling attack for the ages. That kid Aamir will become the best fast bowler of his generation.

Unfortunately, I see a lot of India in Pakistan fans and they deserve a LOT more. They should be given a lot of credit for putting up with a CRAP board that controls their cricket and their media is as uneducated as it gets. I mean, you only need to YouTube some of Muhammad Yousuf's videos on cricket and you get the brief.

Muhammad Yousuf may have strange views other than cricket but he talks a lot of sense as far as the Pakistani batsmen technical faults. In the match against UAE, Yousuf pointed out the technical mistakes of Umar Akmal and Shoaib Malik that the way they have scored runs against UAE was okay with small teams but against good teams they will struggle as immensely as possible.....

Talking more about Pakistan, I guess they only got Ahmed Shehzad as a established player who has proved from his performances in all three formats. Every batsman goes through a bad patch but you can't drop your top batsman straight away when he has some consistent bad games. Infact, He performed quite well in PSL but Board prefered Sharjeel over him because he only scored a century in the tournament. There is no sense at all.. PSL 1st edition isn't the crieteria of inducting a new player, You have to see his first-class performance over the season.

The most foolish selection was Khurram Manzoor who was debuting in T20's and hell he wasn't playing PSL.....

Anyway.... India and Bangladesh final would be a good contest. Favorites are Indians though. The pressure would be on Bangladesh due to home conditions and you need a lot of guts to perform under such pressure but who knows... Lets see

Seeing the current batting situation of UAE, target might be something around 85-95.

UAE batsmans are in a mindset of playing the full 20 over rather then losing wickets. Although, they're not much worried about the score. We might get to see 8-10 overs of batting from India.

Yeah. I was really amazed to see Bhuvi doing both the things at a time. He has a greater chance of replacing Shami in WT20 if he is not fit before the tournment.

Glad to see few things in this match even though it's against not a strong opponent-
1. Yuvi hitting clean shots.
2. Bhuvi bowling nicely.
3. Pandya continuing his good form in both bowing and fielding.

Feeling so sad for Rahane. Dhawan isn't playing nicely and he has got so many chances. Unlucky Rahane. Hope he clicks in the upcoming final and WC atleast.

Yuvi is back to his form. As expected, it was a 10 over match for India.

Now, India is lacking a good opener alongside Rohit. Raina's form is a huge concern for India.

Final will be interesting to watch. Bangladesh must be very cautious while bowling to Yuvi. He has already shown his intention. Thanks to Srilanka for letting him play with clean cricketing shots and regain his lost confidence and momentum.

You missed Gautham Gambhir. He has experience, left-hand batsman - perfect replacement to Dhawan, scored some runs in domestic circuit and is a good hitter of the ball.
