New zealand's Tour Of India (Nov 17-Dec 07, 2021)

Yeah I know, but that's a long time to go from nothing to test debut. Makes the decision to send Vihari to South Africa look worse, considering he played county cricket.

Seems like yet another indicator from the management, that we are not taking this series seriously. The assumption seems to be that since we are playing at home, its not going to be a challenge even if we dont play our best team - so focus on resting players and getting them ready for the tour to SA

150-4, how long before we see a collapse?

Winning the toss, batting first - I guess anything less than 400 would please NZ. India was looking nervous at 140/4 but Iyer ans Jadeja have batted well fo ensure we are heading towards 400.

It still can be a matter of just 1 wicket though....

I think we are capable of getting a lead even after scoring 340. 400 at Kanpur is a big score.

Or may be letting Vihari adjust in African conditions, so that he can be part of the squad. You never know
