A bit of her bio from cricinfo:

"Anisa Mohammed was just 15 when she first played for West Indies, in their World Cup qualifier in Holland in 2003. An offspinner of some talent - she has a best of 5 for 20 against Grenada - she went on to tour India and Pakistan in 2004. Mohammed, who only took up the game at the age of 14, combines studying with her sporting endeavours."

My next pick Sarah Coyte

T20 (as per BBL stats)1801784/520.436.181/0
T20i47474/520.826.101/0

A bit of her bio from cricket.com.au:

"Making a name for herself as a Twenty20 bowler, Sarah Coyte has been a key contributor for the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars across all formats since making her debut in 2010.

Coyte burst onto the international scene with 2-18 off four overs in her first T20I to play a pivotal role in the side’s four-wicket victory over New Zealand.

A handy all-rounder, Coyte bowls medium-pace swing and is a valuable lower-order batter.

The Camden, NSW product narrowly missed out on selection in the 2014 ICC World T20 Team of the Tournament despite finishing as the tournament’s third-highest wicket-taker and claiming three scalps in the final.

Following on from her success at the World T20, Coyte claimed 13 wickets at an average of 12.31 against Pakistan on home soil in 2014 and currently sits fourth on the ICC Twenty20 bowlers rankings.

After helping the Southern Stars win back the Ashes in England in 2015, Coyte made the moved to South Australia for the 2015-16 WNCL season, signing with the Adelaide Strikers at the same time."

Sarah Glenn : Leg Spinner

From Cricinfo:
A revelation since her international debut in late 2019, Glenn has adapted to the highest level with confidence, as top players are finding out - Beth Mooney, Meg Lanning, Deandra Dottin, Stafanie Taylor and Javeria Khan feature among her early wickets. Glenn's accuracy often gives the batsman no option but to play

one with hopes of becoming a genuine allrounder; her Player-of-the-Series performance in the recent T20Is against West Indies showcased her considerable potential with the bat

@Aislabie

I believe Anisa Mohammed has the most wickets in WT20i's as well. Great pick. And she's got years to go in her career as well. (And she's a Trini!)

Sarah Glenn will give you a boost near the end. A quick 20 runs can often mean the difference between an average score and a good one. And her bowling is good. She's one to look out for in the future.

:pak: :ar: Nida Dar

T20I stats
- 1112 runs @ 14.82 (SR: 95.28, best 75) and 98 wickets @ 17.91 (econ: 5.38, best 5/21) in 102 matches

Nida Dar is not her country's most famous female cricketer, but she is very good. She has always been an excellently crafty off-spinner, but in the last couple of years she has added a second string to her bow with the sort of hitting that nobody could have seen coming until it did. Since her first T20I fifty, Dar has averaged 26 at a strike rate of 128, and she will offer us the option of promoting her up the order to have a hit every few games. Sometimes she comes off very well. Her main role will still be as a bowler.

Rene Farrell and Marizanne Kapp come into my team. They'll handle the pace department.

I guess I'll be the first to pick a Bangladeshi. Nahida Akter is just 20 years old and has already taken wickets against some of the best. She's one to look to for the future. Going for under 5 runs in international cricket, with an average of just 13...she's amazing.

So what if she hasn't taken a wicket against Australia or England yet? She'll get them out in the future. She has about 15 years ahead of her to do so.

@Yash. again.

Yeah, she was on my list. I'd expected her to slip under the radar a little longer

Now for my second spinner. I’ve got Poonam Yadav, it’s time for Radha Yadav. They both are so different when it comes to bowling styles. While Poonam flights the ball a lot, Radha sends it darting in using her height to the advantage. All in all, both a pretty good.

@qpeedore missed his time, I believe I have the next pick Rachel Priest

A bit of her bio from cricinfo:

"Rachel Priest is a wicketkeeper-batsman who rose up through the ranks at Central Districts. In January 2007 she was named in the New Zealand A squad for the first time, and an impressive 36 off 34 balls in her first game helped with her promotion to the full squad for the tours of Australia and England later in the year.

A technically correct wicketkeeper, Priest is also a hard-hitting batsman and became an increasingly consistent run-maker as her career unfolded. The year 2015 was a remarkably prolific one for her - she scored 592 runs in ODIs at an average of 53.81, including four fifties and two centuries."

Rachel Priest was on my list though.

Laura Wolvaardt
21, South Africa, top-order batter

From Cricinfo:
Age is nothing but a number for Wolvaardt, who was playing Under-19 cricket when she was 11. At 17, she became South Africa's youngest ODI centurion, and her 18 fifties are the most by a 21-year-old in international cricket. Wolvaardt is a clean striker of the ball and has one of the smoothest cover drives in the game. She has also recently begun to show her ability to up the ante with an improved T20 strike rate. - Firdose Moonda

:eng: :bat: Danni Wyatt

T20I stats
- 1,630 runs @ 19.63 (SR: 122.74, best 124) in 113 matches

I meant to pick Danni Wyatt earlier, but then just assumed somebody else must have and carried on with my team. It turns out that the England hitter and official Virat Kohli fan had somehow slipped under everyone's radars, so I've got to snap her up. I'm not using her in the opening role she's made her own, but as a middle-order aggressor who can attack the death overs the way she attacks powerplays. She started her career as a very effective spinner, but that has taken a distinct backseat to her new batting role.
