Well Hafeez deserved his Call-up, he made 180 againest Australia A, thats good enough to be in the NT.

We should only have to bat until drinks after Tea, then Declare, and have 7-8 overs to have a go againest the two openers. 70-75 Overs is enough to get a good lead.

Ever complemplated a monty special :p? Also hoggard bowled extremely well in his last 3 overs, yousuf was all over the place.

Nah, I dont think Monty will single-handingly knock all the Pakistanis down. Especially when your leaking runs on the other end.

I don't think he was being serious. It's quite obvious that Pakistan will rack up 400+ if we bowl like we did today.

NP, just let him idolise his beloved Farhat; Every person has their favourite cricketer. I expect centuries from Yousef and Inzamam tomorrow, and I have a funny feeling that Farhat will be out on 99. I also think that Inzamam will try to bat for too long, and England will scrape a draw with 2 or 3 wickets left. I expect rain to play a big part in this Test match, thankfully for England.
Just like you 'idolise' GoJo, and when I don't have any probs with you or anyone else liking player, why everyone on PC thingi me? Bullying me :D

I've got nothing wrong with your idolizing of Farhat Usy; It's perfectly fine to have a favourite player, regardless of how good or bad they are. The difference is though, I admit that Jones is an average player.

And I did'nt mean to offend GoJo hez a Good keeper..

Did anybody notice a difference in Inzamam's approach today as a captain? He was going up to talk to the bowler very often, something he never does. His field placements and bowler changes were much better as well. He seems to have learned some things from Younis Khan. :p

ye but Younis Kahn is fast, did you see amount of time he took :p?

what can i say great playing how bad have they been missing a bowler and asif great comeback. also gul did his part. asif is like the pakistan mcgrath long way to go but he is real good, however lot of work left for pakistan

Asif was exceptional today, I must admit that I was wrong about him; He's a class act. However, it's still far too early in his career to be comparing him with McGrath or any other great fast bowler.

what i mean is like he is like mcgrath but he has got a long way to go

Oh I know what you mean, you are saying he is a McGrath type bowler don't you? A line and length bowler?

I still stand by what I said though; Far too early for any form of serious comparisons.

ong way to go for asif but he looks great to come back when your team are 2-0 down series lost and bowl like that great
