If you're going to take something off the ball you ask the umpire first. Thats what most players do to avoid this type of controversy.

thic pictures tells you guys all..

3 people do three wrong things,

Dairal hair - didn't ask Inzi before concluding end of match, against rules.

Pakistani team - protesting at wrong time, should have done strong actions after winning the game against Umpire.

ICC - banning Inzi without profe that Pakistan has done ball tramping.

As Imran khan and Wasim Akram said, they don't think Dairal hair is racist but he doesn't know rules much.Inzi didn't decide to protest himself it was the whole PCB officials.

They banned him for bringing the game into disrepute. I think this applies to the fact that he and his team protested, not the ball-tampering issues.

They havent banned him, they have charged him

I know but these are two major, well-respected websites.

edit: another reply
There are libel laws to consider, Colin, which is probably why none of
the reputable wire services like Reuters, PA and AP have filed anything

Think I'll just give up and go to bed! :D

It isn't according to law 21.3, the umpires can end the game if Pakistan refuse to play, which they did.

I just heard that Fletcher has accused Asif of tampering, now England are involved as well...

this isnt getting pretty.

I suppose Inzi could be banned for even more matches "IF" the proove and ball tampering occurred.

But since Pakistans next opponents are Zimbabwe , it not really gonna hurt them.
