As for the team tomorrow.

I like MUFCs line up is a good idea something a bit different. Some might say KP at 5 is too low, but then with Read at the top he can take advantage of the limited fielding restrictions. As for Read it's worthwhile saying he has 2 List A hundreds and an average of 28, which is good as he normally bats 5-6 for Notts.

certainly need some to be aggressive up the order..don't care who..

whole team needs a rocket up their @rses if you ask me.

Terrible average? Too high rate?
Against Average county players it is. Put that in the International game and it would be 5.5 easily, which is too much.

Now that bit on Read. Is that down to you thinking he's not good enough, or to attack the first 15? (Which didn't work with Jones).
He's got experience of opening for Notts a few years ago and in this current squad, there is no one else to open, apart from Maybe Bell. But Read is useless down the order, so he may as well have a go at the top.

I'm sure you noticed that he wasn't responding to me though, right?

What the hell? How can you say that when he has only bowled 4 overs in international cricket? He needs a full International before he can be written off.

so tomorrow is going to be a washout as well ? can anyone confirm that ?

No we can't. You should know that weather reports are largely unreliable and untill I actually see it pouring down tomorrow, I am very confident of play. However, i'm not confident about England's chances of winning.

I am 80% sure it will be rain effected. By 1 o'clock the whole country will basically be covered by rain. However I expect it to start on time.

Well James, you know what the English weather is like; It'll probably be a scorecher tomorrow. No doubt that they'll say it will be hot for the third ODI and it'll probably end up snowing.

Never believe the weather forecasts IMO.

Well yes I could understand never trusting them if it was simply patches of showers, but this is a whole nation covered by rain. You're being incredibly optimistic if you think this game won't be rain interrupted tomorrow!

No James, I just think that we'll have lost the game before the rain has a chance to fall.

play due to start 11:15 pm, assuming now more rain.

Mahmod dropped for Lewis ..thank god for that

Pakistan won the toss and bowl..

crucial toss.. in extremely favourable bowling conditions.
