By the end of the innings Pakistan have made 316 for the loss of only 2 wickets. Shoaib Malik played a large part in this innings for Pakistan. Malik ended on a magnificent 176 (155)* and Inzamam-Ul-Haq made 9 (4)*.

Bad luck for Kallis after being smashed everywhere with figures of 0/83 (10). Boje was the only hero for South Africa, taking the only 2 wickets.

ill also give reps if u think Pakistan can make 300+ (im playing with South Africa)

hey i also predicted that Pakistan will go over 300 for sure.

Also, its a tough task for SA. But rember they have already done a record in chasing. so they are experienced in this. lets see how SA responds!!!!

:cheers to SA!!!!

Sami Strikes!!

Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Sami are the opening bowlers, Akhtar was hit down the ground for 4 runs (running not a boundary) in his first over. The second over Dippenaar defended 3 of Sami's balls. The fourth ball from Sami was a reverse-outswinging half-volley from around the wicket which darted across and back again. This ball fooled Dippenaar into defending again and the result was a thick edge onto his middle-stump. Jacques Kallis is the next batsman in, Kallis defended the last 2 balls from Sami giving him a wicket-maiden in his first over.

10 Over Update

South Africa are dropping slowly due to great conservative bowling from Sami. Akhtar is struggling to regain his former bowling potential even though he is bowling in the high 150's and low 160's.

South Africa are 1-29 after 10 overs.

van der Wath should be ahead of Boje. Good story I am enjoying it.

I am going to start a BLIC/RPIC in the coming week. I am really inspired by all these excellent stories.

i guess SA are defeated in this stage!!!!
I think both of the players playing a test match!!!!! its almost impossible asking rate!!!!

Great story mate...Pakistan's gonn win this one easy by about 50 runs...

P.S I just noticed that as Malik got 50 he had a BS bat, as he got his 100 he had a Kookabura bat and on his 150 he had a MRF bat...wierd or what :p ...

He must of saved, then exited and then started playing again. That what happens with my game. Though my is on PS2.

Kallis gone on 40

After the first 10 overs, Smith told Kallis to start slogging and re-assured him if he got out, Gibbs is next in. This method worked well and made the run-rate rise and creating a 64 run partnership before Kallis got out trying to slog Razzaq's leg-cutter for a six over mid-on and the ball found the gate between bat and pad. Gibbs the danger man is now walking to the middle.
