I think that perhaps Pakistan need to rethink their batting strategy to cope with the conditions that Sri Lanka will pose. For example, during the Asia Cup in 2004, after around 20 overs the ball became very soft and as a result it became difficult to force the issue. Consequently, perhaps it would be a good idea to send Afridi to exploit the new ball hardness and allow those who can build an innings to come later (Akmal, Razzaq etc). This is a tried and failed option (sending Afridi to open) but I believe that really Pakistan need to change their strategy based on the location of the match and I don't think playing two specialist openers gives Pakistan the maximum amount of bowlers to choose from. Any opinions?

I will be supporting Sl, not because i have anything against Pak, but because i hate to suppose losers, and i'm pretty much sure that SL will thrash Pak 2-0 in test series.

I do hope that Pak win something in the tour beside the toss, maybe a win in a oneday match will make the tour for Inzi's boys a lil bit satisfying

Kumble has taken 500 hundred wkts in test match, also he doesn't give up 8-9 runs per over in each and every OD match unlike Kaneria.

Kachra should better with Kaneria.The guy has limited talent, plz don't insult Kumble by comparing him with a joker like Kaneria

Lion??? sorry but since hwen have been p-ussy cats been known as lions in Pak??

and scoring 29 runs in an over doesn't make one great, its the consistency which is the key.


And it doesn't satisfy me atall (my prediction about the series) i'm very much worried about the sad state of Pak cricket and the rapid decline of cricket in Pak.
