I have said it gazillion times on this forum and I will say this again. Pakistan will not be able to make an impact as a test team till the time we have the worst WK in history of the game, keeping for Pakistan. Kamran Akmal is the proof of why Pakistan cricket has suffered at hands of nepotism. He does not have talent to keep wickets in a club match let alone an international match. He has cost us series loss before in England and South Africa and will continue to be selected no matter what . I will personally cut off his hands if I can to keep him away from our team :

That would only give about a 100 run lead, technically less. I wouldn't feel safe till about 300 and even that could be chased down depending on how the pitch holds up.

I don't think they can expect to win this with a "safe" target, though a 300 lead seems impossible anyway, anything like that would bring the weather back into the game. If you can bowl them out in 60 overs, you only need 200 odd on the board!
