I don't think match fixing is involved, cause Ponting has chosen to bat for the last 25 matches he has won the toss in. And I don't think you can get every player to say yes and fix the match. History tells us that it has been always only a few who did the deed. And in this match one person cannot be singled out for playing badly.

Plus Australia's seamers have been a bit unlucky as well. Missing the edges quite a few times or the edges not carrying.

Oh and apart from all that, Pakistan actually played well. They only dropped one catch and the last time they dropped only one catch NZ were bundled out in the 90s.

and yeah that Shane Watson catch had a lot of committment behind it.
