Pakistan vs England Jul-Aug-Sep 2010

Ok then England fans, we happy to watch puddles in order to win the series..............................?

Even if we get 3.5 days of play I reckon there will be a result. Weird seeing so many results at Lord's recently as well, if memory serves correctly, since the Ashes win there have only been results at Lords

I love the fact that Lord's is literally ready to go as soon as it stops raining.

By the way Dutchad, the reason they have 30-40 minutes after the toss is because players have to "get warmed up". Why they need so long is beyond me.

Can't decide who I want to see more in these conditions, AA or Anderson.

Side note random thought/troll: Stuart Broad has done nothing in recent memory that is worth mentioning with the ball. I sometimes chuckle when I think that he is our "leader" after Anderson. Talk about a sharp drop off.

Mark added 0 Minutes and 57 Seconds later...

Woohoo AA to bowl in what will no doubt be testing batting conditions. Really need Cook to come good here for some insurance confidence.

We're going to be no better than 55/5 after twenty overs. Optimism for the win.

I highly doubt that the ground is so wet it causes Amir to bowl over a foot over the no ball line.

I think he might be slightly struggling with the slope.

And another drop. :facepalm

Pakistan being Pakistan. I wonder how much lower Aamers average would be if people took his bloody catches.

So it should be 11-1.

Think I might keep tally to see how badly they're catching is letting them down.

Aamer will get wickets sooner than later :p
Its a real pleasure watching him to watch though! :)
Has great potential!

2.1

Mohammad Amir to Cook, no run, oh no! Pakistan oh Pakistan. Dropped!, easy chance too. Perfect delivery from Asif, full, jagging away, squaring Cook up to take regulation edge that flies straight to Umar Akmal at third slip, who spills the chance. Amir is furious, and rightly so.
