He will bet big on "over 2" and then somehow communicate to the bowler on the field to bowl 3 no balls the next over.
Spot bets are legal, bet365 offers tons of them. They are actually quite fun, if you feel someone is batting well then bet on them to get X amount of runs etc.

Ahh okay, I do get spot/live betting, but when your putting on that much money on a certain 'spot' it has to be a lot more obvious. I mean guessing how many runs some guy is going to get is usually done in brackets, so I guess this must be too? This is a terrible thing to go down, but as has been said, it's clear that it is actually true. A sad day for Pakistan and cricket in general.
