Story Pakistan's tour of India 2012 -/Predicto Winno/-

Its called "Tilak", buddy. "Bindi" is what the Hindu women put on their forehead. I'm really excited to see the performance of Sami and Tanvir. I'll be supporting India though.

Did the needy changes, thankyou for highlighting :D

Great story. Liked the presentation, good writing - liked the intro part. KUTGW! :cheers

I really hope that Ambati Rayudu somehow makes into the final Indian XI for ODIs and T20Is

Royal Challengers Bangalore v Pakistan- Preview.

photo.cms

Misbah ul Haq was integral part of opponents four years ago.

This contest was something many were waiting to see, an IPL franchisee playing a practice match against an international team. Either of the sides will have nothing to lose, but Pakistanis will have to win it so that they could get the winning momentum on the soil of their arch rivals. This being a practice match, no particular XI players need to play, all batsmen can bat and all bowlers can bowl, when it comes to Pakistan. But in RCB camp, they have a overseas players restriction of 4, which means they can make only 4 OS players bat and bowl, after which, there is no restriction to their local players.

Pakistanis have clearly depicted their intention of not losing anything easily, as they were found practicing hard in the Chinnaswami Stadium. Imran Farhat will be their key opener, who is likely to destroy the opponent bowlers right from the ball 1. They have veterans Younis Khan, Misbah ul Haq and young blood which includes Umar Akmal and co in their middle order. We all know what Shahid Afridi can do by entering at #6 or #7.

Afridi will be hoping to do the same in Green Dress;).

Their bowling is also looking good with the likes of Umar Gul, Sohail Tanvir handling the pace department and Saeed Ajmal and Shahid Afridi handling the spin department. Young guns are ready to fire in form of Aizaz Cheema, who was looking impressive in Pakistani domestic season, which concluded recently. Overall, if Pakistani bowlers do intelligent work, they can put RCB in no mans land very easily.

No VilScoops... Only Dilscoops.

When we move to their opponents, the Royal Challengers Bangalore, they are now in a position where they desperately need a consolation win in some form. If Chris Gayle blasts, 90% of their batting worries are fixed. They have some quality batting in form of Gayle, Dilshan, Kohli, Pujara and Kaif. Who knows, might be Saurabh Tiwary can be handy here. The absence of AB de Villiers means they are likely to play their last ball six hero, Arun Karthik, who is in prime form in the ongoing Buchi Babu Tournament for Tamil Nadu.

The duo will have a dress rehearsal.

When it comes to bowling, Zaheer Khan, Vinay Kumar will handle the pace department along with Dirk Nannes. One of Daniel Vettori or Muttiaih Muralidharan will be spinning the ball for ten overs, with part timers like Dilshan. One important thing about this match is Indian national players like Kohli, Zaheer Khan will have good amount of dress rehearsal and may-or may not be's like Vinay Kumar will have something to prove just before the selection.

Chinnaswami Stadium awaits two "house full" matches.

Contests like Pakistani bowling attack against Gayle, Zaheer Khan against Pakistani bowlers, Virat Kohli facing the bowling attack, all look quite interesting, which makes the match interesting. One more thing what makes the match so highlighted is that the news from KSCA is that all the tickets of this match were sold out, which means a practice match is gonna get a full house cheer.

RCB will be more than happy to have Misbah playing for their rivals if he does get a chance. :lol

Nice presentation & writting.Virat Kholi would be eying on another century or more than that as he did in the Asia Cup 2012 against Pak.On the other hand Misbah would be eager to start the tour with a win as losing any match to India is not accept by any of the Pakistani fan so Misbah & company would be thinking of one thing & that's winning.Let's see how it goes??

Royal Challengers Bangalore v Pakistan- Pre Match Stuff.

Shahid Afridi and Umar Akmal at Practice.

Yes, it is the time for the first and foremost match of the most exciting tournament, India v Pakistan, but its a practice game for the Pakistanis against the IPL franchisee, Royal Challengers Bangalore. This is the very first time an IPL franchisee is playing a game as a practice match, which has pulled attention of the local fans at Bengaluru. A big "House Full" board was put up for the practice match, which means, its a 38,000er, at Chinnaswami. The crowd has already come in, with few waiting out side, lined up for a check in.

Royal Challengers Bangalore are looking forward to give a tough competition to the guests so that they can get perfect practice just before entering the main tournament, against India. We can see few visuals of Christopher Gayle doing some stretches, coach Ray Jennings and their captain Daniel Vettori discussing along with Dilshan and their stand in captain Virat Kohli.

Chris Gayle practices before the match.

The captains move to the center for the toss, along with the match referee, Javagal Sreenath, yet another local Kannadiga, who gets a huge cheer as soon as PA System announces his name as match referee. Daniel Vettori spins the coin and Afridi calls it heads, but the coin lands with the "tail" facing up, which means Royal Challengers Bangalore have won the toss. Vettori says that they will be fielding first, and they are playing only XI members. Says that they would do their best and give Pakistan good fight. On the other hand, Afridi also says that they are playing just XI players, shakes hands with Daniel Vettori and leaves to Pakistani dressing room.

As the time progresses, DJ does his job and the two umpires make their way out, along with the two openers, Mohammed Hafeez and Imran Farhat. Royal Challengers Bangalore form a huddle, with the ball in Nannes' hand which means he is bowling the first over.

Wonderful graphics. Unless Gayle or Dilli fires, I've little hope of RCB winning this but given you are a big RCB fan, you never know. ;)
