Simon Barrow was quick to hit back at outspoken manager Jdeus for his comments about the transactions between Wigan and Chelsea.

"WC is a great bloke and is good for Chelsea, we've known each other for a good few years now and it was a few signings between friends. We all dont have star studded squad, infact i'd go as far to say that we had the least "stars" in our squad before the loaning window opened, we had plenty of commitment from the boys but I for one wasn't happy with being in a relegation battle, and i knew Chelsea could help me out, so we had a chat myself and World Champions and we agreed he'd take a few of my lesser known players and train them up whilst i give match practise to his Second team."

Barrow refused to comment on anything more, but said,

"If any manager wants to say i "bully," other league managers, go ahead, but the deal was done fairly and was done without any "bullying," involved."

Word reaches the out-spoken manager Jdeus of Simbazz's rant at him.

I think my fellow manager Simbazz needs to listen to what I have said again. For there was in no way any complaint against Simbazz's tactics or infact any accusation about him "bullying" WC.
I'll tell you now, I am in favour of ruthless behaviour, within reason, and will re-iterate the fact that I support Simbazz on his loan policy.
All that I was stipulating in my previous statement was how disgusted I am at The PC Times and their blatant favouritism of the bigger clubs.
I would also like to hear WC's views on this matter as it is clear Simbazz is determined to brush this incident under the carpet, thus I get the feeling that seeing as he has already desperately played down any controversy surrounding the loans without any real accusations about them being made I fear that maybe there is something more sinister at play.
Back to my original statement which was designed to critise the press and no-one else.

The editor of the PC Times would like to release a statement, concerning accusations of favouritism:

The PC Times is very sorry if it seems there is a bias against some clubs in the Premiership. However, we would like to say that the views of Mr Simpson are how he interpreted the transactions, and did not mean that he was 'favouring' any club. In fact, he says it is ridiculous that jdeus even thought that, since he was writing about the facts and who he thought was guilty in this newest saga.

Mr Simpson would still like to apoligise for any feelings of bias, but still believes that he has evidence of a fair opinion.
