Post your questions about the game here!

Ross, you signature seems to be growing with more features every week. Each one of them are exciting with bobblehead being the latest. Do you have more surprises left for us?

If he told you, it would not be a surprise.

What are you asking is that will the game allow for walking across the stumps or getting out of/into the line of delivery after the ball has left the bowler's hand. I don't think any game had feature. It will be interesting to see if its there in DBC 14.

i thought DBC has confirmed one of the sticks is for footwork in the shot, which implies after release, no?

I think he means can you sway away from a delivery

I originally typed sway away, then changed it for some unknown reason. Yeah that's exactly what I mean. I have always thought this could be implemented using the frontfoot/backfoot triggers e.g: FFduck= duck under, BFduck + left or right on the direction= sway

What I mean is not foot movement as in forward or back but movement across or away from stumps after the release of delivery. It would surely be there when the bowler is coming into ball but what if I want to move right across as the ball is released to get a tickle down to fine leg even though the delivery is on fifth stump outside off.

If one analogue stick controls footwork. I would assume, this isn't just back and forward. But also to the side. So I suppose it is possible that a batsman could move out of the way.

also, with no bowling marker there's no point in moving left/right as the bowler is coming in as you don't know where it's going.

Why not there's full range of unorthodox shots in the game so you can take risks by moving around and hit shots when the req run rate is high..:thumbs
