That makes sense actually. Good reasoning MaD. I doubt he would be looking for mafia if he was mafia. However I still am not sure why he has used that curious phrase. I would like an answer from him about that point.

Mad has a valid point here. Maybe he's a lost member of a Cult, and is hinting to be recruited.
I thought a cult in 11 players doesn't sound a great balance, but we can't rule it out completely.

Looking up the Mafia Roles, I came across "Psychiatrist", and there would be a "Psychopath", who is just like a serial killer.
Now, comparing this with MaD's argument for Varun, does it hint that Varun may be the Psychopath? He would have a night kill in that case.

It also makes sense because it fits in with the theme of the game, 'Psych'.

No idea, however if he is a psychopath, I prefer keeping him alive.
I don't think psychopaths will necessarily have a killing role. It could more such that they are capable of doing multiple tasks like role blocking even. But since they are insane it might be random.

I think we need to have a more continuous discussion here. I mean with different time zones, half members are awake and others aren't.

Technically defined, psychopaths are people who don't have a sense of empathy I think. Which generally leads to murder because they don't feel remorse. So personally I don't think that they'd have a special ability like that.

I agree, they can certainly kill. But I also think that since they are insane they are much more capable of roles other than killing perhaps. Maybe they throw up a crazy frenzy where they end up "distracting"/blocking the role of any power role.
I mean i could certainly be wrong though. Its just a conjecture.

Zorax said there's staff (townies) and patients (mafia) aswell as a mix of others so I think there's another clan AND maybe a serial killer because he said there's a mix or others.
