Psych-Ward Mafia - Night 4!!

Well if Ollie says, Lynch : Hedger. But, this could also be a story of some sorts by Ollie to try and turn attention towards Hedger. I'm not saying Hedger is clean but I don't know whether to trust Ollie or not. How does he know about the hidden role? I mean is he what we used to call mental cop or something?

I'll still go with him hoping he actually is a cop and we finally get a mafia.

I don't know about the hidden role, but this is mafia in a Psych Ward, there is likely to be hidden roles galore.

Ok. I will tell you that I am not mafia. I am the roleblocker, every night I get to send in the name of one person and any role they may have will be blocked, I'm sure you all know how it works.

So I'm thinking either 2 things. Either as Ollie has suggested, he is an insane cop and may get the wrong return answer.

Or my second thought is that secretly both Ollie and User are mafia, Ollie suspects me from the start, while being pretty quiet, although he's said he's been busy. Then User puts suspicion on BKB and thinks he's mafia. Then since he gets no majority lynch, they kill him and knowing that suspicion is going to be put on them, Ollie roleclaims as cop, says that I am a mafia and claims that User is townie. If everyone believes them, they lynch another townie off, Ollie claims that it must have been the wrong return answer because he was insane and then they get another kill in the night and it's down to 6 people left, with 2 or 3 being likely mafia.

I would add more but another means it's the majority lynch so I better cut it short.

Actually, Hedger's got a point. This could very well be a strategy between Ollie and user. Looking at the past events, and my last post, I suspected Ollie, User and Aditya, and cleared hedger.
Ofcourse, the possibility of an insane role cannot be ruled out.

Ollie's post is a start contrast of mine, since he cleared User, lynched hedger, and cleared himself by claiming a cop.

I'm not suggesting Hedger is right, but I can confirm I was role-blocked once. If he's lying, the actual role-blocker should speak up, and that would prove Hedger's mafia.

At the moment though, I'd like to unlynch him, and wait for some discussion.

2 points. I suspected you from the start because you were the first person I got down to investigating and you immediately came up anti-town. It's not the best start for you is it? The fact I can pick out a mafia member and then get it confirmed within the first '24 hours' is not a good sign for you and you obviously haven't played it well.

Also, I'm sorry I'm not allowed to have a life outside of PC.

Ok, well firstly, like I said with your first point, it could have been because you got the return wrong answer, if you are actually a cop.

And with your second point, I've acknowledged that you have been busy and yes but still, it could be just a cover for not posting much. But I'm not sure for certain.

Next thing to add is that, if you look back through the last day I actually was prepared to lynch User, so the only logical thing for me to do as a cop when there was no lynch would be that I was going to investigate User. I did this and it comes out pro-town..

We could go back to the first/second day, and I was putting pressure on you and because of my suspicion I then investigated you during the night. You're result came out as anti-town. Now that 3 townies have been lost, I think the town need to come together and hence why I role claimed now as it was getting serious and we needed to eliminate the mafia hence why I started to lynch you.

No, if you had been posting/following you would know there have been two night periods.

If hedger comes out anti-town, and considering what hedger is saying as true. Then it means that hedger is the pscho!.
That does not help matters at all though. Because mafia might be present all along.
Some interesting discussions have been posted and I shall be commenting on them soon enough. Got a lot of work to do before that sadly.

So you are the psycho is it then? inactivity is just going to destroy townies here. It does not help matters that half the alive members hardly post or contribute!

To be honest I want to lynch off aditya regardless of his orientation.
If people can't be bothered posting or helping in the discussions they don't deserve to play. Rather than proving an asset to the town, if he is, he's more of liability because such players are not allowing a good read of the game and disillusion the rest

I'm rather unsure who to believe out of Hedger and Ollie. On one hand, Hedger has said that he has blocked two people - one of which is dead, and the other we knew had been roll-blocked already. However, if he wasn't the roll-blocker then surely the real one would have role-claimed to prove Hedger is mafia.

Ollie claims to be the cop, and accuses Hedger of being mafia due to his findings. however, that clashes with the above, and a good point was raised that he could be a psycho cop (or something along those lines) and his findings are incorrect.

On the otherhand, Hedger could still be both mafia and roll-blocker couldn't he?

And that's a bit harsh Abhas in lynching Aditya, though I agree that inactive people make it hard to play. It's just quite a big risk because we don't know what he is. And if he is a townie, then the mafia are probably planning on killing him last because he's not active.

My conclusions may not be accurate due to not 100% understanding the game but hopefully they provide a few insights.
