You can't, it specifically states in the rules that you cant.

@hmarka, yeah you could only vote, but there should have been more discussion. No one fought for their position. So it just turned into a voting competition rather than a tactical game.

Yea it felt like survivor, I honestly still did not grasp how we can behave tactically. Hopefully the next round will be better.
