bac to 6 now, massive goal in the last few minutes with the game in appalling rain. Maybe there's a race back on!

Yeah come on Real Madrid!! Can Capello be the one who gets Madrid back to the top?

Capello??? Have I gone back in time?

Anyways, really thrilled with the win over France. Always feels good to beat them, and Capdevila deserved to score the winner big time. His form has been simply awesome this season and could very well be the best left back in the world right now.

Great goal by Messi just then, he's in top form at the minute, Ronaldos still better though :p

Looks like Barca have this one in the bag. Means we have to win against Getafe. Shouldnt be too difficult, with Robben looking as good as ever and both our strikers in awesome form. I would like a clean sheet as well.

hatty for Eto'o, great performance from Barca, to be fair they've done well to keep up with Madrid this season and they're hitting good form at the righ time, not sure they'll win the league but still the team to beat in the CL for me. Madrid up next and should win really.

Cheeky goal! Caught Madrid out anyway, look like losing the perfect hom record unless they can do something special now.

Getafe win and now the title race is really on.

Get in there! Eat that Madrid you bunch of tossers.

Come on Barca! Well, come on any team other than Madrid to be honest.

Yep, I'll support Barcelona, simply because I dont like Real Madrid. They are the worst in tapping up players and generally spreading rumours around for a few years until they get their man. Beckham, Van Nistelrooy and Heinze are just examples from United and they're trying to do it with Ronaldo.

What a goal by Ronaldhino, Barca lost though whilst Madrid won so I expect Madrid will win it now, Barca really couldn't afford to let it slip back to 5 points and whilst there's a long way to go it's Madrids to lose now.

Well tbh, its been Madrid's to lose for a while now, although things were looking a bit scary when we lost three out of four games and Barca reduced the gap to two points.

Anyways last night's win was crucial to get things back on track. Robinho made a big difference and have really lost all respect for Recreativo players after the amount of dives they committed last night.

Looks a lot more comfortable at 5 points. Now we can concentrate once again on Roma and Europe.

The Yellow submarines were simply awesome last night against Atletico and really deserve to take second spot after Barca also lost to Betis. They dictated the game for most of the time, although Atletico came close to scoring themselves, especially Aguero. Maxi's low drive almost beat Diego as well.

Anyways makes our crucial game tonight even more important. Barca's own woes have made this "blip" in our season look a lot better than it actually is. But we have to get back to winning ways. Not the right time to be playing Sevilla, but a win tonight would really get us on the right track.

I personally dont want Dani Alves at Madrid next season as Ramos has done a brilliant job at right back and isnt half as effective when playing center. We really dont need to sign anyone as the Cannavaro-Pepe combination is actually very good and I am sure after having understood each other over one season they'll be a lot more settled next season.

And we get the result we wanted. Six points clear now and back 2 back titles looking ever more closer.

But it was a brilliant game of football, played at a really fast pace. Was really pleased with Guti and Gago in the middle. Ramos was sensational as usual and our defensive duo of Cannavaro and Heinze also did well although the latter was clearly to blame for Kanoute's goal. Ramos also did well to limit Capel's runs from the left wing and overall a very professional performance.

My tip to Schuster - Forget about Alves as Ramos is god at right back for us. You should really be looking at signing someone like Capel or Capdevila as Marcelo hasnt been very effective in the big matches. Heinze is doing well in center of defence although Pepe-Cannavaro would be my first choice pairing.
