But class from Higuain, absolute class. Should have been a hat-trick as well. Good to see Guti back, and I hope he starts against Juve.

Needed to win after Villarreal and Valencia both dropped points, so a good result in the end.

Haha, you've obviously not seen Barca play this season. Pep Guardiola's got them playing like a proper unit, they're playing more coherently than Real tbh. They were awesome on Saturday, ran riot in the first half. Judging by Barca's last 2 games I'm going to put my neck out and say they'll win the title this year. They've got a far better team under Pep, and in Iniesta they've got one of the best central midfielders in the world. He's awesome.

Iniesta > Guti.

Agreed Barca have been immense this year, thats twice I've seen em score 5 goals in the first half of games. They've also won their CL games and their defence seems to be a hell of a lot better than Madrid's, whose is shaky. Barca for the title and a decent shout for the CL.

I reckon Madrid might struggle to hold on to 4th. Barca are looking the best team in Spain, Atletico are the best in Madrid and Villareal and Sevilla both look far better than an average Real outfit.

Also goal difference counts for nothing in Spain, and its head to head. We are going to beat Barca home and away and win the title with ease like we did last season. Madrid's defence has always been shaky, but still we seem to have done ok with 31 titles. Barca how many exactly?

And Will, Atletico aren't 2nd best, they are the 20th best team in the league.

I do not know how people are still considering Atletico as a good side after they lost at home to Sevilla, got demolished by Barca, and despite having three goals wrongfully disallowed for Real Madrid still managed to lose to us 2-1. They are Rubbish.

And Guti doesnt play in Iniesta's position, but rather in Xavi's position. Iniesta and Sneijder/VDV is a correct comparision.

I will agree though that Xavi is better than Guti. But Guti is smart, very smart.

Madrids defence is rubbish, yes, probably not at a level too win a European cup yet however they have actually had this manager for more than a year so they could well be building towards something.

Anyway Barca are playing very well yes but madrid are the best side in Spain because they won the league. You win the right to call yourself the best when you win the title. I doubt Barca will win it,when it comes to squeaky bum time Madrid know how to do it. Maybe if Peps still there next year I'll go for them.
