De la Red is still not fit enough to play football and I fear that he might never be. Very sad, but I hope he does recover from this and gets to play soon.

Health comes first, and I think the club is also considering offering him a coaching job if the situation fails to improve.

Real shall fail next season, there's no way all their players are gonna gem together as a team as fast as they think, like with the first Galacticos.

Btw, Albiol hasn't had good seasons recently, despite having so much potential, so we'll see how it goes. Valencia fans are more than happy with the money they got for him, even tho, it isn't a ridiculous amount. Garay > Albiol. I wonder if Real even know they have Garay.

Atletico signed Juanito on a free, good solid signing to strengthen our defence, no money spent too. And, Sergio Asenjo should be on his way soon enough, but Valladolid are holding out, because they want Ignacio Camacho in the deal, but, yeah, Atletico don't want to let one of our brightest talents go. Should be finalised soon though, for another player possibly.

I think Pelligrini will be able to handle our squad just fine. Del Bosque did that exceptionally well with the previous Galacticos, and it was only after he left did we suffer. It was a ridiculous decision to sack him, and I hope Perez realises that.

And Raul Albiol is definitely better than Garay. Not that Garay is bad, but he is more attack-minded in nature, where what we lacked last season was a rock solid figure at the back. Albiol offers us just that. In my blog I have mentioned how Albiol is not to blame for Valencia's performances last season because he was probably their only consistent performer throughout the season along with Mata and Villa. The reason why they conceded so many goals was because of their goalkeepers.

Juanito is definitely passed it. I never liked him that much to be honest. But I guess he wont be first choice for the scum as well. Asenjo would be an awesome buy, as I see him as a serious contender for Casillas' spot some day. Really hope Valladolid hold on to him though.
