God, for a self obssessed guy surely he should know that he lookes terrible in white?

They got the 12 million we gambled on him when he was only potential.

That was in 2003. What I asked was if they got any percentage of the money you received, for the selling the player on?

And no there is nothing wrong with our fans. The low turnouts were simply because most of them were annoyed at how the club was being managed by Bolouda's regime, and that the elections had not been held immediately after Calderon's exit. The defeat to Barca did not particularly help the matter.

Ah so a defeat against your rivals means that the fans can't be arsed going again (unless they've got a new signing to promote, of course:rolleyes:). Joke supporters, joke club.

You must have the IQ of a rock. They were not going, in protest of the administration. You know we can actually kick our president out if we dont like him.

Bet they love their new President, bunch of fickle, plastic racists.

So? No good reason. All us Norwich fans hate Delia, it doesn't mean we stop going.

Then either you cant do anything about him/her/them, we can.

Also for the record, even for the last home game against Mallorca, about 40,000 turned up.

Less than half then. Not all of them were Madrid fans either.

"The defeat to Barca did not particularly help the matter". Make your mind up about what reason it is, anyone would think you're covering up for a set of white hankerchief waving unloyal spaniards?

40,000 when the capacity is 80,000 is not something to be proud of.

I'm saying that defeat added fuel to the fire. The damage had already been done, and the protests had started from way back in January.

Considering the circumstances, that is more than impressive.

Just out of interest.. you claim that oly 40,000 will turn out for a bog standard match?

I think you can see what I'm getting at, but if you can't real supporters go and watch their teams no matter what!

I never said our last home game was a bog standard match. What I said was the fans there can put the pressure on the administration by not turning up for games in protest, and the same has happened before in Barcelona as well.

And if I remember correctly the Arsenal-Manure game was a very important one.

Thats the point, I was comparing a top 4 match to a normal match.
