@Aislabie...it's clear that @Akshay. and @Asham aren't going to be participating for at least the short term. You've already pushed them down, but what's your ruling on the third miss?
Basically, we skip over them as if they're not there until they return to make picks.

At that point they can catch up fully. If they don't I'll make autopicks for them at the end

Time for another early ODI pioneer and pick up the master of reverse swing who brought the art to the limelight in :pak: :bwl: Sarfraz Nawaz. My team already has Flintoff and Stephenson for the middle overs and death and so I need someone who can contribute with the ball up front and return for a devastating death overs spell. Nawaz ticks both boxes with the ability to deal in both conventional and reverse swing. He was big, capable of a mean bouncer or a quick yorker and could also give the ball a good whacking with four test 50s to his name.

Apart from a middling record versus Australia, Nawaz has a supreme record versus every other ODI side including the legendary WI side whose bowlers are the only other ones with similar figures over a significant period of time. Fiery, fairly rapid with a tendency to bowl magical spells such as the 7 for 1 versus Australia who were cruising with just three wickets lost (a game that ended in an unbelievable Pakistani victory in the end) and a man with his heart in the right place ethically against match-fixing, what’s not to like about this often underappreciated bowler?
